No, I do not haha. Video editing needs a little more juice than they would provide; 12-core Mac pro does the job well. I'm thinking of seeing if my boss will spring for a GTX 980 for the transcode computer haha

So… any news on when this should be fixed? I would like to be updated at some point in my career rather than just suck forever.

Pretty tough when I never get updates. Of course, you'd think I'd be used to it after season 1.

He's been updating on the forum, that's not the issue. The issue is that, at least for me, I haven't been updated at all since I created. The first update I did was to get Size from 48 to 55 and in the sim my size is still 48...

I can tell you that looking at the index my attributes are missing at least 62 TPE worth of points. Mind you some of that (17 or something I think) was this past update so that's understandable but the rest of my attributes look like they haven't changed since the update at the start of the season. Size is 12 low, Agility is 18 low, Hand Speed is 25 low, etc. Not saying I'm getting the shaft here, there are probably others, but something definitely seems off. That Hand Speed, for example, is at 35 in the sim but was updated past that on the forum December 28th; heck my size hasn't been what it's listed at in the sim since my first update back on December 12th.

All I've been playing is CoD really haha. I have Fallout 4 and Battlefront waiting in the wings as well but I don't think any of these lend well to a VHL style treatment. Unless you count the idea of a CoDCast Podcast that McNeil and I were planning on doing like 5 years ago haha

Wow this has a lot going on, and unfortunately not in a great way right now. The left half is all blue, the right half is all orange, there's lines, there's lens flair. My eyes don't really know what to do. Get some curves and exposure layers on there and blend everything out. Also, for the amount of light in the sig nothing seems to be affecting the render. Get some lighting on him so that he doesn't look so flat. Text is beautiful BTW, don't want to make everything sound bad. The bright white could be toned down a tad but the aforementioned exposure layers could help with that. Good job but needs a few more layers to be perfection.

Loving the clipping mask render effects, I think those turned out really well. Desaturated face works really well here as well. BG is kinda bland, not really a lot of depth going on so I'd like to see a bit more there. Text is okay but needs to be closer to the render so that it isn't a distraction. it's also a little oversharp. With thin fonts, sharpening can be dangerous so watch out for that. An exposure layer could have helped the blending but it isn't too bad as is. Overall, well done but a tad bit unfinished looking.

Duck lip render has duck lips, I'll ignore that though. The BG and blending looks pretty good here. I really like the subtle use of colour in the text, brings a nice touch to a sig that normally wouldn't have much colour for the Meute. Not sure about the blue on the chin strap though, looks kinda funny there. Lighting is overall good but could be slightly better. Text style is pretty good, no complaints from me there. Well done.

Love the render effects and lighting here, I think they work really well. I personally don't mind a little lighting over the edge of the render, I think it looks good. maybe darken up one side of the render's face (our left ideally) to get that lighting a little more dynamic but it's not too bad. I think the BG and depth are pretty solid and the blending is well done. I like what you were going for with the text but not sure it fully works, I think the green is just a tad too bright and makes the text stand out a lot which you want to avoid. Overall, very well done.

Love the colouring and depth work in this piece, the duped render and tree stocks really work well. I agree with Boub's on the subtext since, honestly, I didn't notice it until I read his review. If you want it that colour maybe try it over top of the main text so it stands out a bit more? Speaking of the main text, the style of it standing out works well for this piece so that's good. I would maybe lower it a bit so that it doesn't cover quite as much of the render. Lighting is solid but could be slightly better.

Love the use of colouring here and different effects that you don't see too often, I think it's very creative and works well. Text is the main issue as Boub's eluded too. Get the text layers down lower in the layer order and blend them in a bit so hey don't stick out. The text style is really nice, just just not blended at all. I'm also not sure on the first name just because it's very hard to read. Great style though, well done.

Definitely a different type which is nice to see. Might be a tad too chaotic for my liking though. Random shapes and stuff are fun but with the water in that render and everything I feel like there's just a tad too much going on. Maybe get some stronger lighting / some blurring in to bring the focus back. Text work is good but not sure it fits the style that well. Overall, well done; not my cup of tea exactly but well done.

I gotta agree with Boub's on the render size, feels slightly too large right now. I do like the look of the large render, just bring it down a tad. Colouring is really good and lighting is subtle but effective. Could be a little stronger maybe. Hair looks a little oversharp so bring that down a tad and maybe move the text i closer to the render. Overall, very well done though.
