Welcome back YEAH! and Bana as well.

Just so no one is surprised, YEAH will be taking over GM this off-season.  We will be waiting till the draft to make the switch, so that my player can still come here for free.  I know he has some pretty awesome stuff planned and he and I will be working together to improve this team going forward.
 
So congratulations to him and I know he will do a great job.  He pretty much is the one who taught me how to GM and stuff in these leagues.
 
As for why we are doing the switch.  I always said if I start to dislike it or I start ignoring duties, then I will step down.  It just has been so long as GM that I think I need some time where I'm just focused on my player.  I've been GM'ing since S33 and accomplished a lot but now I think it's time for another great member to get a shot at doing the same.

Is why when I have run rebuilds, I have still gone out and gotten as many young semi-active guys as possible (ala De Rossi, Kurri, Delicious, etc.)
 
Might cost me a pick spot or two, but it's honestly pathetic to watch some teams tank like they do.  

Backups have to play 8 game Bana.  However, because Wingate got traded, it worked out for him that he got to play them all.  It's shitty and it doesn't happen often but I once got screwed that way too when I had Wahl (Moher played 72 the year he got traded).
 
Also, that is how you finish a season out.  10 game win streak...fuck the Wranglers.
