As much as I love Ben being Ben, you have to be careful of anachronism. It's very easy to look at old sins and be like "bruh". Just go back to when me and Jardy were still young and innocent, like most of the league still is. Back then you could say and do shit with literally no one caring that would get you shunned from society today. Does that mean everyone was an asshole back then? Yes No, not really. Not anymore than they are today, it was just a different culture. Comedy that was universally praised in the 90s and early 00s would get you fired today. If anything it's just a sign that we are evolving, which is good to see. But it's always something to keep in mind when looking back. Because some day you'll look back at posts you made on forums (if they survived) when you were like 10 years younger and be like "why was I literally the most obnoxious person in the universe? And how can I go back in time and punch myself?" which is fine, because it's a sign of progress. In Jardy's case he's just still stuck on that forum. So that's unfortunate for him.

Having grown up in the household of someone who very likely shares the same disorder, I'll reserve my compassion for people who are actually capable of feeling compassion themselves. Anything else only leads to pain. They played their game, got their enjoyment. Then discarded us, and won't give us another thought. You should adhere to the golden rule and extend them the same courtesy: never giving them another though. It's only fair.

Accidentally got tricked into listening to this when @dasboot multi-claimed on it thinking it was a new podcast (what's a post date anyways?). But it had some incredibly useful insights on how prospects are looked at and what actually matters to your draft stock. So it was honestly probably one of the more informative podcasts I've listened to for the league. Because it just really helped give perspective in a way that nothing else I'd read or listened to before had. Not enough beers though, so that was a bummer.

Good to know it can be done. Still feels like a pretty massive first step to take though, but GMing is very much what I aim to do. So I want to get my name out there, sooner rather than later.
