1. What car do you drive? I drive a company vehicle actually, which is a 2019 Chevy Silverado. I beat it up pretty good, put about 5000-6000 km/month on it. 2. Where is your dream vacation spot? Pretty much anywhere hot. I'd love to check out Bali soon. 3. Where would you not want to be on vacation? I suppose North Korea seems kind of sus. 4. What is the next position you will make in the VHL? I'm not sure yet. Probably a forward to switch things up, but I'd be open to being defence again, it's not a super popular position. 5. Fun fact: I actually attempted to do a podcast while I was working and walking outside, but the wind and nearby vehicles ripping by made it intolerable to listen to so I never released it. This reminds me of when one of the cast members of Critical Role did the whole post show on his Peloton. I think @tfonggets paid a shit ton for moderating so he earns more TPE than it seems. I love hearing you cry in pain from sweaty eyes. I don’t think VHLE players will ever get regressed. We didn’t have to deal with silence, we got to listen to your running gait! Hello @scooplight. - I actually record my podcasts on a random Android app called mp3 recorder, then upload it to Anchor. On the odd occasion I’m not driving, I’ll record it right off Audacity, which I also will use to edit. - I think Advantage was GMing Cologne when they went under. At least that’s what I surmised from the comments of the GM announcement. - Thad is a nice man, you should check out his podcasts! - I don’t like how you’re pronouncing Kaberle. It may or may not be correct, BUT I DON’T LIKE IT. @fromtheinside come yell at this man. - I’ll probably get traded in my prime too, which will be cool. - I felt Davos could have used a top tier player like McLaren, but he doesn’t seem to be gelling so far which is unfortunate. Really has been hard on my VHFL team. - I think New York is strong on paper, I’d plow ahead in their situation too. I don’t understand why they’re doing so poorly, I think they’re easily better than LA, Vancouver, DC, and now Toronto. - More spreadsheets please.

Week 4 of 4 (End of Aug 15, 2021)

Are you actually? This is one of the many things I didn't know about you.

I wouldn't classify most my podcasts as either short or sweet, even my 3-point ones are routinely ~40 minutes, and I'm constantly rambling on tangential trains of thought and swearing at members and forgetting what I'm talking about mid-sentence and getting distracted by activity on the road. I don't think they would fall in to Boot's category of "can be good if done well," hahaha. But they're convenient and a lot of fun and sometimes people listen and enjoy which is cool! That said @dasboot, definitely do it up! I listen to every dang podcast that gets posted, regardless of length or amount of people recording them. I definitely love it when a couple of blokes can get together and shoot the shit, but the solo podcasts are great, especially @Tate's. Plus, if you have a good and cool idea, unleashing it into the world may inspire other would-be podcasters, which could create a bouncing effect of ever improving podcasts. Or you could spread a dangerous virus of something like driving podcasts like I am. Either way it's nice.
