. Season is about to start, what are you most excited about? - I’m excited to join a new team and experience the VHLE as a player for the first time ever! 2. What is your favourite thing to check out on the forums? - I sometimes check games, but when I’m less inactive I like to listen to all the podcasts. 3. How many sim leagues have you been a part of? Which is your favourite? - I’m presently in EFL, and was briefly in SHL. I was part of 2-4 other defunct ones. The VHL will always be my favourite, though I enjoyed the SSN too. 4. Do you plan on playing in the VHLE? - Yes, for my entire career as a matter of fact! 5. Do you want to stick with your draft teams or do you want to move around to lots of other teams? - Depends. If my draft team seems to be set up well long term, I would like to stick with them. But sometimes you just gotta jump around! 6. What is your favourite board game? Good question. I like Catan, and Clue when it’s wearing skates. The Game of Thrones board game is fun too.

I’ll have you know I was too inactive to re-create on Monday of the trade deadline and did it last minute on Sunday. Then I didn’t get accepted onto a team in time for the last sim of the season. So I only spent playoffs in the VHLM

Petey's a decent pitcher IIRC, though those talents are wasted because he needs to keep his WHEELS. Speaking of which, I never drafted Kenny because I'm ableist, but I'm curious if Sunny Day ever says, "Oops, the wheels fell off!" whenever he falls over to turn around when running. Or maybe he's immune to falling over...

Bana's S87 Quick Q's - THE CATCH UP 1. How was your Christmas/Holiday season? What did you get up to? It was lovely. Visited my family and my "in-laws," and spent much of it just chilling. I avoided being stranded in the arctic too, so that was pretty rad. 3. If you got a gift, which was the best/most memorable? My ma and pa got me a Traegar BBQ/smoker, so I'm looking forward to becoming a REAL MAN this Spring/Summer. 4. What are your thoughts on Vancouver winning the cup? That's good for them, they were a really good, well-built team. I would have preferred to see Prague win in the finals, but them's the breaks! 5. What are your thoughts on Nesbitt extending with the Bears? @AW13 That was great for everyone involved! Seattle secures having one of, if not the best defensive core in the league, and keeps y'all competitive going into the season! 6.Who are some players the Bears should be looking at for 7th and 8th overall in the draft? Kronchy Kardashian would be a very solid pick if he makes it that far. Garsh is reliable and fun. Logan Foley brings in WildfireMicro, who is always a very active locker room presence, y'all would jive well. 7. What's something good going on in your life right now? My girlfriend finally just got spinal surgery after a year of having a pretty severe herneated disc. The three weeks leading up to the surgery she was barely able to move, and had far worse mobility and quality of life than a paraplegic. The surgery went well though, and I'm finally hopeful she'll be able to get back to a place of relative normal sooner than later!

At 5th overall the Blue Bombers are pleased to select Luanne Lui. I only ever played the original 1997 version, but she's basically a poor man's Pete Wheeler, making her a mini-GOAT.
