Back when mist4ke was drafted to Davos, I had a conversation with Trifecta. He mentioned to me that he told Gooningitup to not draft him, which in part may have led to me being taken by Davos (though I don't know if Gooningitup would have taken me regardless). I boldly proclaimed to Trifecta that mist4ke would win a Cup with Davos before Moon wins cup with Helsinki, despite Davos being several seasons from being competitive and Helsinki being on the verge of being a top team. Although there's no hatred or disdain for Trifecta over this, and my diminished involvement in the league has effectively destroyed what could've potentially been a rivalry between the two S53 goalies, I would still prefer for him to lose. I still want to win before he does. Though I should also thank him. Maybe I wouldn't have been drafted to Davos if he hadn't told Gooningitup to not draft him. While at first I wasn't ecstatic about being drafted here, but I really like the direction of the team now. For mist4ke

Diana Maxwell had another strong showing in the regular season, leading the league in goals and points, but New York ultimately finished second in North America behind the Meute. The playoffs went as the regular season would suggest, with New York quickly taking out Toronto, and then falling to Quebec, this ending the Americans' hopes for a third straight championship. Maxwell has a player option for Season 55, and it is unlikely that she will pick it up. Speaking on this, and of the playoffs, she had this to say: "The playoffs were a disappointment. Coming into the season I knew we would struggle given our lack of depth on defense, but I still thought we could at least put up more of a fight than we did against Quebec. I don't know where I'll be next season. Right now I'm leaning toward free agency, but that certainly doesn't rule out the possibility of a return. I've been on sertraline (zoloft) for a little over a month now. Last week I had a therapy session which went well; have another a couple weeks from now. I've started running since early this week (well, twice I've gone for a run since Monday; planning at least a couple miles every day but it's been raining a lot). I'm doing well. I can't say for certain just how positive the impact of all this has been thus far because I haven't really been tested, but it's worth a shot
