This is my last conference as Marlin.

1. I am going to take a break to devote myself in video editing, also Stanley Cup is beginning so playoff hype

It was my first playoff experience and it's absolutely amazing

- Arvid will be going home to Sweden to see his family. San Diego gets a little hot for him sometimes.

2. Are you getting excited about the upcoming draft?

- It's already happened at this point but I'm excited! LA seems like a good place to be.

3. What are your thoughts on The Marlins putting up the biggest fight Miami had during the playoffs?

- Just sad we couldn't do enough to win, especially because this makes me think we could've gone far had we won

4. Do you have a favorite moment from this past season?

- I got 2 goals and 1 assist in a win for us where I got 1st star, that was a great one.
5. What do you classify as the perfect burger?

- A lot of things are variable but I need a lot of pickles on the ideal burger for me.

6. Is there anywhere you wish you could go during your off-season?
- In real life, definitely Portugal. That place has the best nightlife and partying.

1. What are your thoughts on the latest draft?

Looks like we were about to make some steals in the second round, should be a good season with them.

 

2. How do you think San Diego will do this season?

I would suspect that we go deep into the playoffs. It's hard to ignore our depth, I think that'll take us the extra mile to a championship.

 

3. What are you the most excited about?

Being a Marlin! I've seen the enthusiasm of this team both on and off the ice, and it's amazing to be a part of it. Going from sunny Miami to sunny San Diego is also a treat.

 

4. Is there anything you would like to see in the locker room this season?

Beer carts?

 

5. What does your player need to work on the most?

Overall defensive work can see a little boost, as can my strength but otherwise I just want to improve across the board, completely.

 

6. Does your player have any beef with anyone else in the league?

None that I know of!

1. Really solid draft for us, gives us good depth to build around for our Cup Run!

 

2. CUP RUNN!!!!!! We going to crush everyone

5. Well being at the TPE limit I cannot work on anything lmao but brought up my scoring a couple more notches to help give our team the best chances to win every night

Very positive. Good to see the fruits of our labour and the team-building of our GM + AGM.

 

2. Do you think San Diego will get a shot at the Cup this season?

If we stay consistent and get into the playoffs, absolutely. What's important is to just get into the playoffs in the first place.

 

3. Would you be interested in joining our teams Podcast, Inside the Fish Tank?

Maybe? My microphone isn't great though

 

4. Do you have a favorite hockey team? 

Yup, the Chicago Blackhawks

 

5. What are you looking forward to the most this season?

Just seeing the potential of the Marlins; really seems like we're a great team that can achieve a lot.

 

6. Are you happy with how your player is doing so far?

Absolutely. It's been a huge improvement over last year, I am grateful he's getting top 4 minutes.

1. I think it could be better, but it's definitely not bad. If we continue like this it isn't great, but I think we'll only improve from here.

2. Definitely. I have no doubt that with the team that we have we can do it. A good team on paper doesn't guarantee you a cup, however, but we'll see how it goes.

3. Depends on what it's about. I've never done a podcast, but I'd be more than happy to try it out.

4. Yes, the Edmonton Oilers. Sadly :DD

5. That it ends. Not that I don't like where I am or I think we're doing badly, but I'm going to play in the VHL next season, and I'm really looking forward to it. But well, we have to finish this season first.

6. Happy is an understatement. I didn't think I'd be the one leading our team in both goals and points, and I don't think I'll lead both, if either, for long. But yes, I'm very very happy at how I'm doing!

Not a bad start! The season could go any which way, but we have a hard working team.

I think it’s VERY possible.

Winning the Founder's Cup in my first year

 

2. What is your favorite thing to do after a win?

Big team dinner with the boys! 

 

3. What do you do to reflect after a loss?

Watch tape and consult with the coaches on parts of that game that I can improve on.

He deserves it!

We're not far enough into the season yet to worry about our win-loss record against specific teams, I think. Lots of runway to season 78 left.
