I think you can be a really great administrator by being seen, but not heard. Don't feel too bad about it @Beketov, it wasn't an easy situation to deal with and there will always be fall-out for any decision made. I agree with @Higgins that you need to have a thick skin to do the job and a lot of time that means ignoring people that are trying to rile you up. It's the least appreciated, but most important job here and no one really understands it until they are doing it. For what it's worth, I think you've all done great work in your respective roles and hope you guys can come up to some sort of agreement to work together again.

Any complaints to these numbers? Inflation wise moving the cap from 9 to 12 introduces about 15-18 TPE extra for people hitting the max per season. So over a full career it would amount to a max of 144 TPE more. Not nothing for sure but not huge either. We could potentially adjust the cap a bit but I don’t see a reason to make it ridiculously strict over 144 TPE. With our current scale that’s 1 extra stat maxed. I’m not saying we can’t, just not sure if we should stress out about it immediately. Scale changes are something that need a lot of analysis and time.
 
If everyone is okay with these numbers though, we could set it to start maybe with the off-season? Or even better at the deadline maybe to try and get more players jumping in at the early re-create date.

also boubs and Kendrick are both adults and should be expected to act like it. They are both abrasive so I'd say they are both to blame for their shit, not any single party.

I don't think the league is done for but you need some inspired leadership. We've pulled it back from death a few times before

And if I can give you guys some advice it's this:
 
Stop giving the board of governors so much credit and power. Sometimes you have to pick your goals in here amongst each other and just do them.

I'll add two things that need to return and have a blue person in charge of (IMO):
-There needs to be a recruitment drive every season. We found the most success right before trade deadline, but perhaps the times have changed in terms of creating a player and keeping a new member's interest.
-Every season there should be a free week or double's week to build member engagement. Hell you can even tie the two of these together. And I don't want to read any BS about inflation. It's a small amount of TPE that can go a far way in terms of community.
