I'll be honest I'm a former shell of my VHL self. I don't do most off topic things or extras. I make you a promise though Victor. If you do @mike I'll come(giggity) every time.

We spend so much time trying to be aggressive it resulted in too many turnovers and bad positioning.

We don't need stars we play like a team.

It has been 9 days since my last post and 19 since my original post. My first weigh in 19 days ago 265 pounds and 9 days ago I was at 262. I'm happy to say after another 9 days I just weighed myself at 259 down another 3. In the past I would try to trick my weight and do it in the morning after going to bathroom in nothing but say boxers. This weigh in was mid day after snacking and just drinking a glass of water while wearing clothes. Still continuing to use my bowflex machine in fact my left shoulder is pretty sore today after a bit of a heavier workout yesterday. I'm very close to going down the next notch in my belt and can physically feel my pants being looser than 19 days ago. One of the girls I work with even said something to me about looking like I've lost weight without even telling her I was making any sort of changes. I have cheated a few times KFC last weekend and Taco Bell on Monday or Tuesday. With the super bowl coming up I expect a long weekend of pigging out so my goal in another 10 days or so is to maintain or go down another pound and I'll be happy. Also about to go get a Shamrock Shake because they are back a large is like 850 calories and 150g of sugar better stick with a small.

For a long time the VHL 1% (Board of Governors) have secretly run this league from the shadows. Like the stone masons (it’s possible they are the stone masons) I can’t help but feel some sort of Da Vinci Code conspiracies is afoot. They operate in hidden forums without oversight and make changes to the VHL without a moment’s notice having no regard for the rest of the league. Their latest proclamation might have gone too far disbanding the all-star game. A long-time fan favorite and popular VHL event the All Star game has been destroyed. An event previously held to commemorate the best the VHL has to offer has been butchered. In the past this beloved event was voted upon by fans and players to reward the elite players. This off-season event was held with such regard that not once has a VHL player declined to participate. Compare that to the NFL where this past Pro Bowl saw a 7th alternate participate due to others refusing to play. The BOG didn’t like this populous approach and have taken all of the power once again for themselves. The new rules will put two assigned puppets in charge of the teams. No surprise to anyone the captains selected this year were from their own. Elite 1%er’s Sterling and Phil who basically are founding members of the 1% class. These “captains” (puppets) draft their team and shockingly enough the list is provided by you guessed it the BOG. So instead of a mighty contest putting the VHL best head to head we have a bunch of scrubs. They selected other members who are part of this 1% club it’s like one big circle jerk of the popular kids. Agents like Green, Boom, Kendrick, Boubabi, Yeah!, CoachReilly, Draper, Tfong, Streetlight, and CowboyInAmerica all had their players drafted in the first round. Meanwhile the more deserving agents like Zero, Tim, Jardy, Der Meister, Ball, Boomcheck, Nuck, HF92, Scotty, and StevenStamkos91 all had their players denied. Phil might even be the worst in this mess since his agencies player Phil Hamilton got placed on an All Star team without even being drafted. For those interested the new All Star Game will be held this Saturday. I for one won’t be taking part in the festivities since I don’t care to watch sup par hockey. If you would like to return the VHL All Star Game back to the people please sign the petition sent to President Obama. If we get enough signatures the Whitehouse will be forced to respond. Hopefully public pressure can bring change back to the game and give power to the people. We will take this fight to the BOG and will not rest till the secret organization is no more.
