Kisslinger got a reaction from Banackock in Panic Button on King Kisslinger??
What an up-and-down season for King Kisslinger as he had moments of glory and failure. It was an interesting season, to say the least with his performance. Linemate changes, and poor team performance one night can take a toll on individual performance. Was this season a complete right-off? No, I don't think so. We had many team highs and many team lows but these are all things that happen with a rebuilding team. I think next season King Kisslinger will have his best season yet. He will be the number one center on the team this upcoming season and he will have new and improved stats to go along with this opportunity. I think his other two linemates will uplift his stats this upcoming season as they are super dialed in and on the path to superstardom. These next few seasons are hit or miss for King Kisslinger before I hit panic mode.

    Rambling for TPE #100

King Kisslinger and the Warsaw Predators season came to an end the other day, with the Warsaw Predators finishing in 7th in the EU conference. A lot of changes mid-season and a disappointing start to Kisslingers season may be to blame but all in all, we have a future to be excited about. Thor and Maxim had amazing seasons, super important for our future. I am excited for a couple of our prospects that are coming up, it will benefit us more than we know. If we want to compete next season I think a few free agents will need to be signed to help us compete with the other growing teams. I think Warsaw is in a pretty decent spot, even with no draft picks as we can choose to build around the future superstars we have rather than focus on building another one up. It may seem silly but that is what I think at least. We have the pieces to have a future championship squad it is just up to us as players to earn and for the GM to figure out what lines enable us best. I have been in Warsaw for many seasons now, including my last player and I went through not making the playoffs, to making it and losing to finally winning a cup and I get that feeling we will be on that same path as the last Warsaw team. All in all, we need to lock in and focus on what is best for us moving forward.

    More VHL-related Rambling!

We currently have at least three max earners that I know of, which is a great start. I know that once the team starts buzzing other players will want to earn a bit more because they feel like there is a point too. Sometimes while losing and or if your player is playing poorly it is hard to have that motivation to update. I have run into that a few times this season with King. It felt like no matter what I did I could not get any points or do anything to help my team win some games so I found myself clicking the welfare button a few times. It was hard to break that habit on my last player during the final seasons, and I found it the same this season a couple of times it was up to me to see the bright side of things and break that habit. I am not sure if a few of my teammates went through that or not but it is rough lol. I have been finding myself enjoying earning again and enjoying being a part of the community. Ever since joining a few years back I have been go-go-go-go and haven't taken much of a break and honestly, I don't want to anytime soon. This community has been amazing and I am so grateful for the people I have met and spoken to and the friendships I have formed! Anyway, enough rambling it has been enough, time to prepare for the long off-season once more haha!

Warsaw's season has come to an end and It wasn't all that, but there were a few positive takeaways for sure, the trio is doing quite well and will only get better as time goes on. It was nice to see King Kisslinger do some damage towards the end of the season. Maxim and Thor were machines and truly led the way and it gives us hope for a good future. I know we don't have very many picks in the next couple of drafts but we do have some beauties coming up ready to make a splash in the big leagues. I know King Kisslinger will get more and more points as his career goes on and his stats will start to even out and make up for how much I had to put in Faceoffs. It will be an interesting couple of seasons in Warsaw but I am committed to the squad and the future!

Great interview!  I liked the questions you asked and I thought you really captured the voice of your player in a realistic way.  He seemed to do well answering the questions with enough honesty and candor to be interesting, but not so much that he's giving up too much. I thought your media personality made sense as they were trying to make drama out of Kisslinger's struggles, while the player remained pretty even keeled about the whole thing.  Overall, it came across like a realistic interview and does well to draw intrigue to your player.  My only criticism is I wish the interview was longer, haha, but well done!

Kisslinger got a reaction from AJW in King Kisslinger contract extension and thoughts
    The Money is calling!

King Kisslinger recently signed a four-year contract extension with the Warsaw Predators, which shows a lot of commitment between both parties and they both could not be happier to get it done. King Kisslinger has not been living up to his first-round pick selection, although he has shown flashes of brilliance, having a few multi-point games, recently with a five-point game, and a few muti-goal games, He has shown that the talent is there. This new contract comes with a full no-trade clause which further shows how committed both sides are to each other. The Kisslinger name runs deep into the Warsaw Predators organization and King is looking to cement his name along the other one. This is a big step in the right direction for both sides in my opinion and one that will help bring the championship back to Warsaw!
    Thoughts on contract extension.

King Kisslinger was recently talking about the contract extension and he stated, " I was always told about how great of an organization and city Warsaw is, and when I got here I couldn't believe it lived up to the hype and more. I am happy to be back here for four more seasons and put all I can into this team for the next little bit. It feels nice to know that the team and the management are as committed to me as I am to them, makes me feel really good knowing this and getting the contract done early with no chance of me doubting anything. I am super proud to be a Warsaw Predator and cannot wait to win here!"

King Kisslinger also said, "It makes me want to perform better on the ice knowing I am a part of the future plans, I know our team makes quite a bit of trades so it makes you think you could be involved in those trades, especially with me not performing as well as I should be but now I have no stress or worry and I know I am here to stay." This team is like a small family and it is something I am happy to be around. One day I would like to become a captain of this team and lead them to a cup, just like my family member before me Zach Kisslinger II. I don't have to be the main captain but I just want to eventually lead the next wave of players of this franchise.
    Staying committed

When it comes to being committed King Kisslinger tops the charts, ever since being resigned he has had a fire lit underneath him. The urge to be the best has come back and I don't think it can be stopped, the updates are coming sooner, the upgrades are coming faster, and the standings of the team are climbing. King Kisslinger wants to not only make himself the best he can be but everyone around him as well. This is something King Kisslinger hasn't felt in a while and now that he is, the league should watch out. King Kisslinger and the Warsaw Predators are hunting, and you better hope you are not the prey.

King Kisslinger has become a man possessed, he was been doing everything right on the ice and finally finding himself on the scoring sheet, even putting up a few multiple point nights.

“It feels great” said King Kisslinger. “It’s nice to get out of the slump and start producing at a higher rate. It’s nice to feel like the I’m contributing to the squad again. I have been working with the best coaches and the hard work is finally coming together. My teammates are finding me in the open spaces and vice versa. The team is coming along nicely, the locker room is buzzing and we cannot wait to become a force in this league. Warsaw’s time to shine is almost here and we will put the league on notice.”

It’s nice to see my player finally progressing on the ice, it’s nice to feel like I’m doing something after feeling like my player sucks lol.

Kisslinger reacted to Scurvy in Theme Week S83 All-Stars
Theme week is upon us and that means my player, Logan Ninefingers gets some much-needed TPE before the jump to the show.   I wanted to talk about the All-Stars that populated the league when my first gen player, Brian Payne joined the league.  It was at a time when Payne was in his rookie season, and I watched the vets with super high TPE light up the box scores night in and night out.  So for this theme I thought I’d try to make the perfect all-star team for S83.

    CENTER:
At the center position there were some beauties lighting up the league.  I am not sure if this was the meta change or not but there were some huge numbers being put up.

My first pick at center for this season would be Calgary’s Saku Kotkakoivu @DollarAndADream.  He had 59g 63a= 122points leading the league and was point leader.  In later seasons his production dipped a bit but still was a beast scoring 678 points in 574 games.

Pick two would have to go to Paul Atreidas @Mr_Hatter from Toronto.  61goals 59assists= 120 points. The first overall pick in S77.  While small he was never short on numbers. He loved to shoot the puck and amassed an amazing 3600 shots in his career.  In S83 he helped lead Moscow to a dominant season

    Right Wing:
The pick for right wing was equally hard but would have to go with Alex Johnston @Alexfrom Riga.  Alongside fellow right wing Anze Miklavz  he scored 58g 55a=113. Big and gritty AJ could hit, pass, and score so while the league was stacked with great wingers,  I had to go with him.

    Honorable mentions at RW:
    Duncan Idaho @OrbitingDeath
    Vasile Lamb @dlamb
    Anze Miklavz @ke1vi

    Left Wing:
For left wing I had to go with the #2 overall pick int eh S77 draft, Reylynn Reinhart @Ricer13.  RR’s point totals really jumped In the latter part of the career.  A 56 goal scorer in S82, in S83 RR scored 45g 54a for 99 pts. RR could hit too and had size to score those ugly goals.  An easy pick for S83 all-star.

    Honorable mentions:
    Kyle Peace (Tor) @Peace
    Zach Kisslinger II @Kisslinger
    Brendan Marner @MetalToday

    Defense:
Ok now for my favorite position and there are some serious legends that played that season to include two that scored over 30 goals and weren’t even the point leaders.

While I think that the top ten-point leaders on defense could easily be on this list I picked Jerome Reinhart @MexicanCow123.  He scored a crazy 35goals and 69 assists (104).  Now he was a minus 15 that season on a New York team that didn’t make the playoffs.  I think this makes this pick for an all-star in that even on a struggling club he put up some amazing numbers.

To pair with JR I picked Riga’s monster Dman, Battre Sandstrom @Acydburn. The Sterling Labatte Trophy winner that seasons he scored 28 goals 76 assists for 104 points.  17 of his 28 goals came on the power play and he added 256 hits and 129 blocked shots showing just why he won the trophy for best defenseman.

    Honorable mention:
Aurelien Moreau (TOR) @Frank   Point leader that season.
    Hard Markinson (MOS) @STZ
    Tom Eagles (LDN) @Greg_Di
    Hari Singh Nalwa (WAR) @Dil
    Bo Johansson (Rookie) @Shindigs

    Goalie:
Again, some great goalies to pick from by was easily Xavier Booberry @CowboyinAmerica.  XB went OFF this season with 40 wins 18 losses with a league leading 1.92 GAA and 10 shutouts!  Yes, 10!  In S83 he won the Brett Slobodzian, Aidan Shaw Trophy, and Greg Clegane Trophy.

    Honorable Mentions:
    Tobias Reinhart @Spaz
    Em Em Flex @oilmandan
    Oskar Lindbergh @Doomsday
    Brandt Fuhr @Tate

Great job on the article, Was a nice read just like the last one. I like that your media spots are always different and refreshing to read, the formatting looks great and it is a smooth read. No spelling or grammar issues in my eyes so that's always nice haha. A photo in the article or something would give you the .5 needed for a 10 but that's the only constructive criticism I have. I like how you used an off-ice issue to explain why the sim hasn't been nice to you, was cool to see the direction you took and I am sure your player will pick up! good luck Ecker

Local Media Interview with Wladyslaw Mintus

Q: Hi Wladyslaw, thank you for taking the time to sit with us today. I'll jump right into it. How do you find yourself after playing your first few games of your rookie campaign?

A: Of course, happy to do it, and please, call me Wlad. You know, I had butterflies the whole day before my first game. Once I got in the locker room though, everything kind of started to fall in place. The atmosphere was welcoming and it all helped me settle down. Now, after two games under my belt, the jitters are gone.

Q: What strengths are you bringing with you to the Mississauga Hounds?

A: Well, I think I am somewhat of a big guy, with that, I like to believe I bring a certain grit to the team. I do this by laying the body on my opponents, as well as laying my body down to block shots. I am a defensive minded defensemen, however, I am working on my offensive skills so that I can generate scoring chances while in the offensive zone.

Q: You’re originally from the Detroit area of Michigan. How have you been adjusting to life in the Great White North here in Mississauga?

A: I love Canada. Growing up just across the Windsor border, Once you turned 19, it was a right of passage to take the Ambassador bridge (or the Tunnel) over the Detroit River and have some drinks. The weather here has been similar to back home. Maybe even a bit warmer. Everybody that I’ve met on the street has been incredibly sincere and nice, and all of them are rooting for the Hounds!

Q: Have you gotten up to anything in your free time here?

A: While I have had some free time, it has not been often. I’ve been lucky enough to make some friends on the team and they have shown me around the local areas. Showing me some good restaurants and bars to check out. One of the things that I am looking forward to doing is learning how to Curl. It has always been one of my favorite things to watch during the Winter Olympics, so I would love to find a place to do so.

Q: Speaking of your teammates, how have you been fitting in with the club and your coaches?

A: Everyone has been great, I couldn’t have asked for better teammates. Win or lose we are having a great time. I mean we are living our childhood dreams. But when Coach says it's time to work, the joking around stops and we all get serious. Coach is a great guy, but on the ice, he puts on his work face and expects us to do the same. Off the ice, he acts as a sort of mentor to us younger guys. He’s pretty reserved and is a stickler when it comes to curfews, which at this level, you have to be.

Q: And what happens if someone were to break curfew?

A: Not that I know from experience, but I’ve seen a few different things. Suicide drills, running the arena stairs, to even team laundry duty.

Q: Well, let’s hope you stay on the right side of curfew then, Wlad. Thank you for taking the time to sit with us for a few minutes, and good luck with the rest of the season.

A: Thank you, anytime. Have a good rest of the day.

Kisslinger got a reaction from Anthique in Kisslinger slumped out
King Kisslinger of the Warsaw Predators is on a slump this season. After what looked to be a promising start for the 15th overall pick of Season 90, Kisslinger has only recorded 11 points in 25 games.

Most know that it takes time for players to develop in the league, however it’s clear Warsaw wants more from the centre and hopes he begins to make moves at improving his game.

When asked about his performance Kisslinger said,

“ I’m not too focused on the stat sheet this season, I’m more focused on our teams overall chemistry, maintaining leads and winning games. Some of the best hockey is played off of the stat sheet.”

With the halfway mark of the season approaching rapidly we will have to keep King Kisslinger on the radar and hope he begins to bounce back. The Warsaw Predators are currently 10-14-1 with their own hopes of progressing in a positive direction.

Great article! was a super easy read and was quite enjoyable to read also! I like how you went through and showed off all the good players on the Houston Squad this season! I like how you added the point totals or their best stats and put what they are on pace for, that was a nice touch. The grammar was decent and I didn't notice spelling errors, so well done! If I were to add anything to improve on it would be to maybe indent a paragraph add some titles and separate the paragraphs a bit, so like talk about the forwards in one, D, and Goalie In the other. If I wanted to be picky I would say you could add a photo but all constructive criticism is related to visuals not the actual structure of the paragraphs! Kisslinger reacted to jake in Trimiskez Artav settles in Houston and overview of draft
Today we will go over Trimiskez Artav arriving in Houston and overviewing the draft.

After settling into his new home in Houston, Artav wasted no time in immersing himself in the team's culture and getting to know his new teammates. He quickly bonded with his fellow players, sharing stories and jokes during practice and team dinners. As a rookie, Artav was eager to learn from the experienced players on the team (aka players who have had previous creates) and soak up as much knowledge as he could.
But it wasn't just his teammates that made Artav feel at home in Houston. The city's passionate hockey fans welcomed him with open arms. Everywhere he went, people recognized him as a member of the Houston Bulls and showed their support for the team. Artav was touched by the love and enthusiasm from the community, and it made him determined to succeed on the ice.
Despite coming from a small town in Greenland, Artav loved hockey. Growing up, he spent countless hours on the frozen lakes and ponds, honing his skills and dreaming of one day playing professionally. And now, that dream was becoming a reality as he prepared to make his debut in the VHLM.
Artav was determined to make an impact in his first season with the Houston Bulls. He trained tirelessly, pushing himself to his limits in the gym and on the ice. He was determined to win a cup and help his team as much as he could.
As the VHLM season approached, Artav felt a mix of nervousness and excitement. He couldn't wait to hit the ice and play in front of the home crowd.
That ends half of this media spot.

    Draft Overview
I will be going over the first round in this section of the media spot.
This draft was pretty good and it was almost full of players. There were a ton of great guys and now let's get into it!
Halifax snagged an incredible player in Antonia Bucatini who is already capped AT THE START OF THE SEASON. They have been struggling so much and Bucatini will be a huge help for them. Next, a great pick in the draft was Jean-Pierre Devote. They were able to get him 5th and currently he has 206 tpe and is already capped. An incredible pick. A turn-off for other teams could be the 55 defensive coverage, but this is a steal and this is a great player. Then, another steal was Houston getting Chris Reynolds Jr. This was a 157 tpe player picked 14th. It is incredible how he was still available in the second round. Then, another great pick would be the San Diego Marlins grabbing up Alexis Laffayette. They were still available IN THE 20TH PICK OF THE DRAFT. If they weren't drafted here this could've been a 141 tpe player dropping down to the 3rd round. This is a great pick. He also had a decent build. He added 2 tpe to grit though which was sort of, why. Also added 10 tpe to passing which passing isn't the best stat to upgrade.
This was a great draft to watch and I will see you guys next week.

Kisslinger reacted to Nathan_8 in Houston Bulls week 1 stat report
The Houston Bulls have gotten off to a somewhat shaky start in the first week of the VHLM season with a record of 4 wins 4 losses and 2 overtime losses for 10 points in 10 games played. In terms of points the lead is split between two players in LW - Chris Reynolds Jr with 7 goals and 8 assists, and D - Lucy Leitner with a mere 1 goal but an impressive 14 assists which is very impressive for both players to put up those kinds of numbers in just 10 games played, this puts them at 1.5 points per game and has them on pace for 108 points this season. For goals, the leaders are Chris Reynolds Jr and Trimiskez Artav with 7 goals each which would put them at 0.7 goals per game which puts them on pace for 50.4 goals this season, in the assists column the leader is Lucy Leitner with 14 assists which is 1.4 assists per game which would put her on pace for 100.8 assists this season which is an insane stat. The Bulls leader in plus minus is Lucy Leitner who has been absolutely killing it on both sides of the puck this season, truly a player who could make any team better instantaneously, and she is still improving her game. In terms of penalty minutes the leaders are Lucy Leitner and Barry McOckinner with them both having 12 penalty minutes which is 6 penalties' taken in only 10 games which is an unfortunate stat as Houston has not found their game on the penalty kill. On the physical side of the game, we have another tie in stats with Barry McOckiner and Cody Toland with them both having 28 hits which must be leaving the other team sore the night after they play Houston. In terms of making your shots count Nathan Ecker leads the way with a 21.74% shooting percentage but only 5 goals so maybe Ecker should consider shooting more as I would be sure he would be finding the back of the net more often. Continuing her great play on both sides of the puck Lucy Leitner is leading the way for blocked shots in Houston with 19 blocked shots which is putting her at almost 2 blocks a game which must be great for the goalies who should be buying her some luxurious meals from fancy restaurants. Speaking of goalies, the leader in save percentage for Houston is Herald Benson with a .9% save percentage. Both goalies are splitting the starts with 5 games played each but Ondrej Vencko has more points won for the team with 2 overtime losses and 1 regulation loss compared to Benson's 3 regulation losses. Ondrej Vencko leads the team in goals against average with a 3.33 in that stat column. In conclusion, even though the Houston Bulls have had an inconsistent start to the season their players have had a great start to the season it just seems as if the performances are not going in the way Houston would have liked them to go with many close games that have not been one.
