I THINK @Josh mentioned something about trying to separate starting TPE so if that’s the case he could probably set it up that the weekly leaderboard ignores starting TPE.

~2 months per season so 100 seasons would be 200 months so 16 years and change, funnily enough the age I was when I joined.

To be fair to Scotty he had very little to do with the punishment. That was administered by Brooks and egged on by countless otherwise who’s names I no longer remember. Scotty actually is the one who talked me into staying.

Perfectly said @bigAL. I didn’t want to wake up this morning to a fire that needs to be put out. I didn’t wake up wanting to argue with people and dish out punishments and deal with drama. I’ll do it because that’s what the league needs to prosper but I don’t want the league to need that. I want to be able to focus on making the VHL better instead of trying to keep it afloat. Most days we’re very good at that. Most days we can coexist despite our differences and all come on here and enjoy ourselves. Last night was apparently not most days. There are ways to have debates without devolving into drama. There are ways to have debates without devolving into personal attacks. Those things don’t make for debate, they make for fighting. I’m fine with debate, I’m not fine with fighting. What I woke up to wasn’t debate. We all have the capacity to do better in the world, or at least not make things worse. I get that things can get heated, I’m guilty of it myself and the evidence is all over the forum if you know where to look. That doesn’t mean I’m not trying to do better though, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t all try to do better. We’ve literally raised over one thousand dollars in a day, that’s doing better and that’s the VHL I know. Don’t just meme this and move on, do better. We all came to this site from different places with different experiences. Learn from each other and collectively improve things here. I joke that @Tate came around to the good side with time but it wasn’t just time, it was realizing that perhaps he needed to look at something from a different perspective and it helped him. We all want to make the VHL and the world a better place, at least I hope we all do. We can’t do that by being dicks. Don’t be a dick.

I assume you mean lower? The amount will drop on account of conversion sadly but we’ll give what we can.

We aren’t planning on stopping just because we hit the goal so quickly, don’t worry. We’re only ramping up from here.

Goalie is simultaneously the most rewarding and most frustrating position. Sometimes you come out looking like a god and other times you just can’t catch a break at all. It’s something I think everyone should at least try but definitely isn’t something everyone would enjoy.

God that Season 12 final was amazing. Hard to beat an OT game 7 win in your final season. I do always find it ironic that my award is for assists when Beketov was built to be a sniper. I didn’t add to passing until my third season I think when I realized STHS had different plans for me. Also the only other guys to get 2 assist awards at the time we renamed everything were Scotty and Slobo so pretty good company.

Did we chase both their goalies?
