As long as you don’t mess around with anything too much it should be fine. Like just add up the points from the weeks you weren’t at the cap and add that many. I was kidding. Though it is more complicated Han just having everyone be exactly the same and obviously having everything be done the same.

Who says changes are only for off-seasons? In our continued effort to improve the league we have made a couple of changes that will be implemented immediately to help improve the league. First among them, as you may have already noticed, is that the Practice Facility has changed slightly; both in name and function. The TPE from it remains uncapped but no longer do players have to post game links. A simple post gets you TPE. But how much? Well, that changes a little because the practice Facility is now open to all members. VHLM members will still receive a benefit, receiving 2 TPE per week rather than 1 but VHL members can also post in there to claim 1 TPE per week. The second change we wanted to announce is that GMing is now officially a paid position. They will be receiving 2 TPE/week (capped) for their continued efforts and keeping their teams in check. We are hopeing to give GM’s more responsibilities in the future as well but those are not yet finalized. For now we wanted to reward our GM’s for their hard work the same as we would reward any other job.

@STZ brought this up a little while ago and I feel like no one quite came to a conclusion at the time so @Will and I discussed it the other day. Since this rule is in place simply to prevent re-creates from immediately having an advantage over new members, not to stop them short of where newer members can get TPA wise, we have made the following provision: If you bank re-create TPE upon your creation, this TPE does not count toward your TPA / banked cap. For example, if you start with the max carryover of 75 (thus 45 banked) you can still hit 175 TPA before you need to start banking. Just wanted to clarify that to make sure that re-creates aren’t being unnecessarily harmed by this rule. It doesn’t exist to put them at a disadvantage; just to make sure that they don’t start off much higher than new members.

If no one from the site is willing or able to step up and do it we might have some budget for a proper design assuming we can get one for a reasonable rate.

You take shots at someone, you get the talking to as well. It’s not like anyone is being suspended over something as minor as this but you can’t try to throw someone under the bus and then stand on the high ground and act like you did nothing. He was making the same points anyone else had and was wording his concerns in a polite manner. Never said he can’t have the job, just hat traditionally experienced members get it. Your immediate response was to attack his simming which has been fine this season. Let’s not antagonize people shall we?
