1. Assuming the VHLE Gms have been named by the time you're reading this, what is your first reaction to the GMs?

- hmmmmm, not seeing anything.  there's a new league?   lol

2. Which of the VHLE teams would you want to play for and why?

- my preference would be for whichever team/organization has the best leadership

3. With the recent play of Mexico and Mississauga, are we one of the top three contenders?

- I feel we are the top team, MEX CIT is a fraud and MIS is not having as easy of a go of it as expected on paper.  

4. Which player on the team are you most impressed with this season?

- It's hard not to be impressed with everyone....  Bates is having an awesome season, the way Tsarov scores in bunches is fun to watch, Reinhart is has been great in net, the entire D core gives us a chance to win every game.  

5. What do you think of the Reaper's Hall of Fame? Which former Reaper would you want to see inducted?

- Reaper HOF is cool.  

6. How has your players production changed over the last week, are you happy with?

- Whatever we did in the 10-1 win, we should keep doing.  Overall, I'm surprised with how consistent I've been this season.  I think there are only 1-2 without a point.  

7.  What is your favourite snack food?

Salt & Vinegar chips

8. If you could bring 2 items (not a boat) to a deserted island what would they be?

- a satellite phone and sunscreen

9. Opinion: Chocolate is the best ice cream!

- Correct!

1. What do you think about the teams performance so far this season?

I feel like we are playing about to our level right now.  It's early so we should start jelling a bit more after we get some more practices in. 

2. Has your player been living up to you expectations so far this season?

It's early but avging 2.2 pts per game.  I think I can do better but a 150 point pace is new ground for me.  just looking to help the team win anyway i can. 

3. Where do you feel the tam needs to improve the most to compete with Mississauga?

Everywhere if we want to compete with Mississuagua

4. Our season series against Miami has been interesting to say the least so far, what do you think the series will end up being? (I'm hoping 7-1)

Don't tell coach but i'm really enjoying the road games in this series, sorry boss.

5. We've had a number of players hit career milestones this past week, and others are very close to some big ones, what is your next major milestone?

i want to bank 100-150 TPE into my rookie VHL season. 

6. While we've been battling it out with Miami, the rest of the league has started to take shape, what team has been the biggest surprise so far?

Mexico City, not surprising though, they've lower to middle of the pack the past two seasons but got a win in the their series vs. # seed in last years playoffs so definitely a team on the rise. 

7. Do you watch the NHL expansion draft? What do you think of the team chosen?

Was Ron Francis drunk.  baffled by some of the players they took and made minimal trades/deals to improve what could have been a stud roster.  but more than happy to see them struggle after the immediate rise Vegas has had.  (LAME)

8. If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, does it make a sound?

Sometimes

9. What's your favourite sport to watch in the summer Olympics?

Floor Hockey of course

Considering where Philly was picking we obtained critical pieces with great value for S79

2.  what are your personal goals for this upcoming season?

to not go over 250TPA  lol

3. If you could improve our current roster in one place where would it be?

DEFENSE!!!!

4. With Mississaugua having the draft they did are they the team to beat this season?

On paper, they look tough and very deep but i guess thats what happens when you suck the year before.  

5. If you were in the VHL draft, are you excited to be joining a new team as a prospect? For those of you who were already drafted to the VHL how has your experience been as a prospect?

TEAM WORLD continues to put the practice time in during the week leading up to the WJC Tourney!  Every player wears a different cut of jersey but as long as you wear the TW shield, you are on TEAM WORLD.  You don't have be on the squad to be on the TEAM.  Support TEAM WORLD in the S78 WJC's

Hello there…. I’m Darth Kaprizov Sr., I’m glad you could join us.

The S78 WJC's are right around the corner.  With that being said, the excitement around this years squad is thru the roof.  A few things, I’d like you to think about before we begin:  For the fans, maybe you’ve rooted for other countries in the past, IF you will not root for TEAM WORLD this time, perhaps your sister will.  For our opposition, with the offensive talent on TEAM WORLD, it would be unwise for you to lower defenses at any point during the games.  In conclusion, for anyone unaware, you simply don’t know the power of TEAM WORLD!

As the S78 WJC GM for TEAM WORLD, I am more than honored to announce this seasons roster, or as I like to call it, the Stud Farm.  Let me begin by introducing:

From hockey hotbed, Greenland comes a young man who has been lightning in a bottle during his first Jr. Season averaging over 1pt per game during S78, please welcome:  LW – Jerome Reinhart  @MexicanCow123

From down unda where this winger would run thru the Outback with his skates on to use as a weapon against all of the crazy lizards chasing after him.  By doing so, he developed a savvy set of skills which helped propel him into the top 10 for total points this past season.  Be Aware of;  LW – Craig Martin  @Craig

From Nigeria, coming in at 6’8” and 250lbs, this mega man child plays a power forward game like no other as he puts fear into defensemen when he’s steaking down the ice on a forecheck;  LW – Kid Frost  @TownBizness

From North Macedonia comes a small center at 5’5” but is lightning fast with hands that match and can snipe a bumble bee out of mid air;  C – Alexander the Great  @Shiny

From Saint Helena is a quickly rising star with only one Jr. season under his belt has shown poise in the face off circle and has a nice scoring touch, fist bumps to;  C – Omi Aberg  @osens

From the jungles of Congo comes a gritty, high scoring prospect averaging nearly 1pt per game over 1.5 seasons in Jr’s (score goals or you will be grounded son);  C – Darth Kaprizov Jr.  @Darth Kaprizov Sr.

Another Greenland product, a point generating machine in S78, tallying 133 in the regular season and topped all scoring in the playoffs while leading the Yukon Rush to the VHLM Championship this season. Introducing the notorious;  RW – Tyler Reinhart  @Zetterberg

By way of Canada comes a positionally sound, fast skating forward with some tasty salad, give it up for the Big Red Machine;  RW – Mikey Markov  @JetsFan81

By way of USA comes a high scoring, tough S.O.B. who likes to mix it up in the corners while punishing his opponents, high fives to;  RW – Gary Tarantino II  @Garrett

From the beautiful islands of Fiji comes a stud defenseman who tallied 40 pts in his rookie VHL campaign and punched in another 7pts in 10 playoff games.  Expectations are high for this electrifying player, give it up for;  DEF – Tui Sova  @v.2

From the US Minor Outlying Islands, a stingy, gritty, hard hitting positionally sound blue liner.  DEF – Shaggy Tipton  @TheTiptonKing

From the tantalizing shores of Belize where Warsaw got a steal in the draft with this smooth skating, offensive minded blue liner as he looks to create instant offense with his heady passing.  How about a chest bump for;  DEF – Tynan Sylvester  @diamond_ace

Another product of Australia, plays defense like a wet blanket, you can’t get him off of you and if you're getting close, he’ll run you right thru the boards, give this guy a big slap on the back when welcoming;  DEF – Zeljko Ranogajec  @ColeMrtz

From the Marshall Islands is an overwhelmingly large human at 6’8” 245lbs filling up the 4x6 opening in front of the net, he carried the load for SSK this past season and will show the world he’s ready to play at the next level;  TENDY – Leroy Johnson @Vkobe-v

Rounding out this years WORLD roster is another kid from Greenland, he likes to flash the leather and paddle pucks away while frustrating the opposition with his flashy, brick wall play;  TENDY – Tobias Reinhart  @Spaz

The Captaincy for this years squad will come from none other than Tui Sova
