personally as a new member. i expected to have fun playing the game (not making friends) but you have to consider.... people here have lives outside the VHL, so when they spend VHL time what will they do with it? they can interact with their current teams and make their present locker room a better mini community... or they can clique up with their 4 friends outside their team and spend their bandwith on those same 4 people. i choose to be a person who puts himself into the current LR because i know i wont hold onto freindships. i like to think ive made good acquaintances like nurx and lemorse and shindigs and shawn and more. but i dont really expect myself to forever be their buddy. I wont always have to time for chit chat and will have to solely focus on my team or a select few. IDK maybe im rambling a bit but it seems you are putting more on people than is really fair.

The VHL Mod team will be introducing several openings to assist in the moderation of both the forum and discord.
 
Pay: 6 TPE Weekly Capped
 
The ideal individual should posses the following traits:
 
1) Online availability throughout the day to be checking into the forums and discord and respond to staff pings promptly. (Please note in application your most active hours) and how often you are on forums/discord.
2) Be able to respond to discord pings and be verified via 2fa.
3) Older than 20 years (or demonstration of maturity and judgement) 
4) Not hold other league jobs or associations (GMing) that may pose a conflict of interest (exceptions apply) 
 
Additional things you may add for consideration:
- Availability of hours between the times of 1am and 9am MST wanted.
- Moderation experience and ability 
- Human resource experience and/or sensitivity classes/training taken
- Any additional reasons why you would be make an appropriate mod.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations (how do you deal with conflicts as avoidance is not an answer in our case)

If a lack of candidates should be proposed, I will consider those that may only fulfill certain stipulations.
