On top of Bana's post, Saskatoon has a long and historic Discord spanning from S63 and on -- although it has been purged a few times. The new GM, whomever is selected, will receive the GM rank on that discord if they choose to use it. The rank had administrator privileges, so you can do anything you want with the server. Of course I understand if you'd like to make your own.

This is not a joke. This morning -- at roughly 2:32 AM Mountain -- Elmbeck's brother got in touch with me to announce some very unfortunate news: one of our members has passed away. Fredrik (Elmebeck's real name) passed away late Friday night, early Saturday morning. I get the honor of announcing this to the community he enjoyed -- a hockey community that brings people together -- and salute the memories and friends he made. Hockey is a sport that connects individuals, and those of us who got to know him a little will remember him. Elmebeck and I shared a lot of stories during our time together in Saskatoon, and I will always be jealous of his nature life. I won't share personal stories, and I won't share the details of his death, but if you wish to contact his brother you can do so by clicking this tag: @Magnus Nilsson. Please do not spam Magnus, as both he and his family are mourning the loss of a family member. Rest In Peace, Elmebeck!

New week... moar questhuns! 1. We've improved! Our seven game loosing streak kinda hurt, yet we're still in the bubble for a playoff position with a record of 9-10-1 (at the time this is written). Funnily enough, most of our points have come against Seattle. Why do you think we're playing so well against them? 2. Our last two games against Vancouver have been much closer since our lines and strategies were adjusted. We stole one from Vancouver in the shootout 4-3, and lost one to Vancouver 3-2 in our most recent meeting. Do you think we can keep the games at least closer than the blowouts they were earlier in the season? 3. Do you want to play another team? My god do I ever want to. We've played six games against Seattle, six against Vancouver and four against Malmo... can we please have a new schedule? 4. Do you think Toronto needs an AGM? A 'slave' as Gustav would put it, but we'd ask for a better one. 5. What's your favorite moment of the season so far? 6. Let's rewind the clock a bit. If you were the Legion GM, what would you have done prior to the season starting? Any other trades you would have completed, perhaps a different draft?

Exactly. I think everything transfers over well enough. League becomes less active? More scoring on both engines for individual players. More active? Rarely more than one or two 100 point players.

I don’t think it would be useless. Switching to FHM6 would produce realistic results which would keep the record book intact. Close the VHL chapter though, but still relatively similar.

By broken team and individual tactics I’m assuming you mean over powered and/or dominant. In that case no, honestly, FHM6 does a pretty good job of not having one or two required tactics and individual strategy. I don’t play online though, so it could be a thing and I’m just unaware of it.

Moving away from STHS and onto something like FHM6 is doable, and with the help of their developers (assuming they’ll assist us) we could make it easy for FHM6 as well. FHM6 works in database files, so the bigger issue would be getting game by game results than anything I’d reckon.

Take away the firing pins! It’s good to know this is at least in the BoG now, even after the fact.
