A big point we made was that we were selecting based on users more than just the players. I don't think we'd mind if the team was hot trash. We'd have fun either way lol.

Yeah it was a spitball to try to meet what staff would expect for 1 capped TPE. 2-3 sentences may be a lot, but the "gg, glad we won" comments are minimal effort though. Not sure if that's worth capped TPE, let alone uncapped.

EFL offers 1 capped TPE for commenting on presentations, could make "game attendances" a thing here as well. 1 TPE for 2-3 relevant sentences about the game - probably follow a similar length to reviews. Adding that could get people out of the trivia rut as well since that's something that I've heard folks grumble about, that most people just siphon answers off of a handful of members. Add Game Attendances and eliminate Trivia, or make it uncapped for seasonal payouts. Few ways to go down that route.

Is this no longer offered for job pay? I've seen Kachur claiming it for 2 TPE when he was running it. If the zoomer gang can get something going there, might be good to pay them for some continuity.

I'm glad you're alright Minner, praying for your safety and your family's. You've had a strong start to the season despite everything going on. How have you kept yourself in the groove? What's your favorite part of LVA, either in the locker room, on the ice, or just in general?
