Mostly I was using my geography knowledge to make a joke, I can't expect you guys to cater to Andorra or even know what Andorra is, which is why World is such a good thing to have. It would just be funny because if you drew on a map an outline of the area included by the "Western Europe" countries, Andorra would be near the farthest western end of that outlined area. Same as if I made a guy from San Marino, Monaco, Liechtenstein, or Luxembourg. Or for Scandinavia, the Faroe Islands. The people making the league designations can't reasonably be expected to know of these places (I argue that the general knowledge level of geography is lower than it probably should be, but these are obscure even taking that into consideration).

Ok so my next guy will be from Andorra just to test this out. It's between Spain and France and is definitely Western Europe geographically, but it would be funny if I was World anyway

With achievement tracker being what it is, standard practice is usually to send you down unless you can't. You end up with more TPE, career wise. You should end up in both drafts and will likely play for the VHLM team (but the VHL team will still have your rights).

There's no guarantee he gets drafted to Hali. In fact, I'd say it's more likely than not, he gets drafted to Yukon (which would also be the best chance at a cup next year, since they stacked up their picks).

I know he'd mentioned the idea of possibly changing Ironside to forward, but I think if Kastelic and McWolf are gone, and ideally if Borwinn is available (but even if not, and he could go Shawinganen) then it would probably be smarter to go forward and keep Ironside on D. I'm picking these more on what I think they should do than what I expect they'll actually do.

This is why I had Crosby at 3. HEL pretty much has to go D, they have 0 on the roster, so I didn't see Borwinn as viable, and Crosby will pass Tzuyu halfway through next season. TOR I could see taking a forward. I could see Borwinn dropping to them for positional needs among the top 3, but if he doesn't, I think Shawinganen here.

I know what you meant (mostly because I proposed it) but the way you actually phrased it, that's not how averages work.If the cap is 7, the only way the average can also be 7 is if every team has 7 exactly. What you meant is cap is 7, when the average is 6 the cap is bumped to 8. Then when the average is 7 (under the 8 cap) the cap is bumped to 9.

I went a tad off the board here, don't think it'll happen but looking at that roster there's a guy I could see being a sneaky option.

We do somewhat buck the conventional wisdom that forwards have more of an effect in the sim than defense. Best defense, worst forwards out of the three. The extra capped guy helps
