Independent of anything else in this thread: congratulations on this. So hard to do. I saw it firsthand with my dad and his infinite failed attempts back in the day.

Points is a definite, you're sitting on 4 TPE from that. As for the other, you're at 2.8 for hits, so that'll round up to 3, goals are at 2.3 so I'd say hits unless you go on a massive scoring streak to end the season

I think it's primarily the fact that there never used to be great goalies in the VHLM. I mean my S21 cup was with an 86 TPE inactive, and I won it BECAUSE of him, not IN SPITE of him. The rest of the league had guys in the 50s at best, even spread out among 8 rosters. I remember the excitement at the S23 VHLM draft when we had VanCoughnett, Vasquez, and Glover, because it was absolutely unheard of for there to be three active 100+ TPE goalies in the M at the same time. You get someone on your level trying to score against Iseult, Aamo, Sterling, Asipi, it'll go a lot differently than trying to score against guys who never get past maybe 60 TPE.

So you're @Phil then. (ooc since you won't know who Phil is: he's a guy who has been in here since very early on in the league, and every player he's had has been named Phil something. Phil Shankly, Phil Bennington, Phil Rafter, etc. His brother used to do the same but has been gone for some time now, whereas Phil occasionally still pops in.)

Then it's probably the Sheetz by you. I'm in Pittsburgh where Sheetz is all over the place, and they all have extensive menus over here.

As long as you put in a decent bit on defense in the long run, you're actually on a better track doing it the way you are. Offensive D perform well in this sim program. I've tried twice to make a defensive D and it hasn't really worked for me.

So if the thing that gives NJ a bad name is having some percentage of New Yorkers, then why is it that New York (who, by definition, has 100% New Yorkers) has a bad, but less bad reputation as compared to NJ?

For the size of the school, Pitt wasn't that big on partying either. I mean we'd have them of course, but there were only a handful of locations where the big "walk up and join" type of parties happened

Finland has a VHL team at all, so you at least have one. Russia and Czech Republic have no team at either level and both are definitely hockey countries

To clarify for those who weren't here then: S23 was the only season where there was an event called the Fyodorov Challenge. A former member named Nickbarr (whose time here ended rather unceremoniously, to say the least) held a challenge to predict different aspects of the finals series. Within a few days span, I won the VHLM cup as GM (Ottawa Ice Dogs), the VHL cup as player (Lars Intranquilo on Calgary Wranglers), and the Fyodorov Challenge, in S23. Everything there was to win, I won. I immediately declared myself King of All S23.
