How does any of this make sense? 1. gets fired or “stepped down” for not having enough time or doing his role fully.. 2. Gets hired days later into a role that requires time and such. Its literally nothing against you. You honestly need to let go of your ego, man.. I thought I explained this. If your activity continues as it was, you’re aren’t wrong on your final statement though.
