Good day ladies and gentlemen, I am very excited to announce our Captains and Assistant Captains heading into Season 42! We see only one change in the proposed leadership core of the Express and that is due mostly to the need to honor a long time defender who has been a quiet leader for Cologne for seasons now. Without further adieu...
Remaining your Captain, known affectionately to the boys in the locker room as the "mother hen" both for his preaching practices and his disciplined play....the Green Machine....Thomas O'Malley!
Returning as an Assistant Captain, he has a mind for hockey like no other and manages to analyze both the state of the team and the important aspects of play......the Law....Mason Richardson!
And getting recognized as a new Assistant Captain, a man who is really one of the more underrated defenders in the league, a player who always speaks his mind on the Cologne Express and poured blood, sweat, and tears into Cologne....the Peacemaker.......Ron World Peace!
