Orange is probably one of the hardest colours to work with, which is why i usually run as far as humanly possible from Riga graphics. That probably says a lot considering how much i love colour.  There is something really magical about the way you used a brown/grey neutral to balance out the really bright orange. The cream on the jersey actually makes me think of a very edible palate. I am thinking yummy creamsicles and fudgsicles  and it really works to give this sig something special going on. As  usual i love your text work  but feel it ma be a tad sharp on the name.

Lmao, I’m only upset when I’m hanging around the vhl. Probably a sign that the time to hang up my skates is coming soon enough. It’s either that or I refuse to take  ppls bullshit. Both are pretty valid theories at this point.

As for phoning it in, yes I probably do. I was recently told that I do the minimum required to earn my TPE, so why bother going that extra mile tbh?

 

I do GFX for people I like and because sometimes when I open PS I actually enjoy fucking around with it. I don't do it because I want or need to express my artistic freedoms or some shit.

we all phone it in at some point, I didn’t mean it as a bad thing. More like inevitable the longer you have been around. 
 

I still have no clue why I bother with graphics or podcasts at this point. Like i said in efl discord the other night, you ate very talented and no matter what your work blows most ppls out of the water.

Wherever @Tape-to-Tape is Driving he knows i already want to be on that ride. That being said this is an absolute beauty of a sig by Jubo.  The Orange and blue are such a dynamic colour combo that play beautifully. The diagonal line of visual interest does a lot to keep the eye moving. I see you are still "borrowing" my team name technique but that is ok because i think i "borrowed" it from somewhere too lol. The text is fantastic and brings a ton of character to the piece. love all the cuts and overlapping too.

Also @BladeMaidengreat podcast, had me captivated listening to someone on the outside analyzing/discussing our team lol.  I believe that @hylandsdeserves a lot of credit for his lines this season, and also the addition of @BOOMhas miraculously brought some nice chemistry to our forward group.  I DON'T WANNA JINX IT BUT I HOPE THIS CONTINUES ALL SEASON.

Marchand is not an issue, i do colour swaps all the time. And sometimes a surprise is nice so i get giving carte blanche, I’ll see if i can make Davos and your player really shine lol

@SlapshotDragon really I’m amazed you were trying to undersell this beauty. It plays with shape, colour and composition in a very interesting way.  Galaxy backgrounds always give such feel, movement and dynamics to a graphic. When you add in the very professional looking colour choices and clean legible text this sig is spectacular to look at.
