EDIT: Vasteras wasn't a heel team because they were too good or had an inordinate amount of boisterous members. Them upsetting the Wranglers in S1 attributed to the status for sure, but it was their incompetence and bad luck ever since then that cemented them as the team to turn your nose down at. They were, and perhaps still are, cursed! And I love it.

There’s more ways than just Theme Week to celebrate the holidays eh?

I did insinuate it’s never too late to slide in a holiday task, like I said I didn’t hate the theme I just really have been hoping to see y’all mix it up a bit and really have fun.

being in charge means rarely being popular or having people acknowledge what you do, or the time you put in. It means ppl pointing out every flaw and rarely handing out compliments. I’ve been on both sides of the equation and appreciate what ppls feedback can mean for future projects but don’t think because things go unsaid that your work isn’t noticed or appreciated. In reality it is, especially by your harshest critics because let’s be honest they probably pay more attention than anyone else.

TLDR - you all keep doing you, league hasn’t imploded yet, you must be doing something right.  

So my comment has 2 vibes,

1.) love how @bigAL quickly ushered out a fuck Y’all, almost as quick as I’ve said fuck the establishment in the past lol Nice to see your fitting in with the ole boys  

2.) My utter disappointment that theme week is ignoring my favourite holiday yet again but tbh I’m not even that mad, i just wish you did a bonus option. You could have done a mini pt for the holiday and still can

Review:

I love the vibe of this graphic, it is really fitting for the Reapers in general. I do think that putting in some layers of fog might soften the backdrop and help blend the player render into the image while still keeping that Creepsville ascetic.  I think the colors and text name don't quite match the rest of the feel, and that might just be a case of the lack of blending  but in general this thing could use some key tie in effect to just make it feel cohesive. On a more positive note  the render is predominantly feature and i  do love that. The problems come with such a vivid background being used, it really battles the foreground for focus. I think different people would have different opinions on this, i think it battles for attention but others would probably say it creates great eye movement. Overall this is a dark image that fits the franchise, i think any player would be happy to wear it.

8/10 my tldr is to add more layers and play with softening up  uncritical details to put the focus where you want it. Still a great graphic with a great idea behind it.

Halloween is my favourite holiday and i'm not gonna lie when i clicked on this i was surprised.  It read very Wicked Witch of the West  or maybe Frankenstein meets Joker in an interesting way. I can't say it's not creative because, lets be honest, i've never seen something like this on the vhl before. I'm not sure how it ties into hockey but i can say I see you put effort into incorporating light layers to add subtle depth. Always thought that Aloe Gave off a Felicity Shagwell vibe especially with the render that @Renomitsu decided to run with, very blonde bombshell. Guess that makes @omgitshim's Cinna Foxxy Cleopatra  and @AW13's Lexi Glass probably is Dixie Normous

Unfortunately the brunettes don't have that many fun names, so i guess @Banackock 's Isabella and Venus who share a render would probably be a Vanessa Kensington  but you could argue for Robin Spitz Swallows or Ivana Humpalot (but the hair colour is off) it is also why i excluded the O.G. Alotta Fagina lol

On that note Fook Yu and Fook Mi are part of my fav joke to come out of that series... "Twins Basil, Twins!"
