Who is it? 3. The trade deadline has come and gone, and it was very quiet, with nothing happening outside of a swap of 4th-rounders by New York and Vancouver. Was this surprising to you? 4. Despite playing for the worst team in the league, goaltender Samuel Ross is putting up career numbers. Why? 5. We'll have a ton of cap space next season. What do we spend it on?       That's seriously impressive, congratulations on reaching this elite milestone!

      Probably best GM of all time. Although the top 4 or 5 best GM's of all time all have different stories/unique accolades so it makes the whole thing interesting.

       

      But I'd still lean Miller. He endured more rebuilds, more turmoil, more expansions than the rest of us. The win marker just shows how good his teams always were.
