The Flashbackian tragedy

    Two warriors stand out in the middle of a lake. They are inseparable, having been together since before they could walk. Forged in the fires of combat, their bond is stronger than the toughest steel. The world may not know their names, but to them it doesn’t matter. They have each other, and that is all they need.

    All is calm, not another person in site. Seeing that there are no threats, the two began to relax. One pulls out his waterskin, and begins to take a drink. Suddenly, something reaches out of the water and grabs him by the neck. He is stabbed repeatedly by the unseen assailant. His comrade rushes to protect him, but he is too late. The attacker has fled, vanishing without a trace. Racing back to his fallen friend, the soldier tries to assess the damage. It is clear that hi comrade is fading fast. It is clear that there is only one person who can save him. The fabled healer @BladeMaiden is their only hope. 

    Cradling his friend in his arms, he marches on to where he can only pray he finds the healer. The warrior tries to tell his friend that he is going to be alright, but both of them know it is a lie. As the soldier continues, he tries to remain strong. He knows he needs to stay firm for his friend. But despite his best efforts, a few tears escape. 

            They arrive at the healers place. He sets his injured friend down, both knowing this may be the last time they see each other’s face. The fallen man grabs his comrade’s hand, one last act of solidarity before he goes unconscious. The remaining soldier cry’s out to the healer “Please! Can you save him? I will give anything, even my life for you to bring him back.”

6. I think everyone except for Condor. He has some religious exception to it or something, I don't really know. I just think he is being boring.

Just like when atacking from below de water surface, be extremely subtle, even to the point of formlessness. Be extremely mysterious, even to the point of soundlessness. Thereby you can be the director of the opponent's fate.

No it doesn’t, it sets the tone and lets the reader know the kind of player they are dealing with. Maybe it could be worded a little bit better but still it is fine.

When I was struggling to get online and was having a hard time doing the bare minimum, Blade didn’t just sit around and let it happen. This is part of the reason why she has players begging to be not only a part of her team, but also active in her locker room. On another note, people want to go to Philly because we’re winning. I thought in real life minor league GMs were rewarded positions in the big league when they win. 1. Whoever steps into my crease and tries to screen me. I like to be able to see the puck, so if someone gets in my way, I take out their shins.

2. I have the mindset of an enforcer. I will protect my team, and I will protect the crease.

3. I am always there and on time. Unless it is for a very good reason. My excuses are all very legitimate(I hope they don't ask sabertooth about this)

4. Probably Condor. He is a dman that I can trust no matter what.

5. Philly is dominate as always. The only reason we have lost games is because the management doesn't trust mr for the big games.

6. I hate it. We shoud be in first. Maybe if you put me in more, we wouldn't lose these games.

7. If that goal is to destroy the other teams shins then yes.

8. Yes. I have a feeling a lot of the other teams hate me.

9. I think that we should discus why or GMs are absolutely crazy.

Training with Flashback: Brick Whal pt 2

Previously, we saw Brick Whal meet with Blade to train her new goalie. Now Brick meets the new goalie for the first time.

    Brick Whal and Blade arrive at Philly’s practice rink, where a goalie is on the ice taking shots. Whal begins to put on his skates while Blade walks up to the side of the rink. 

She calls out “Fang, come over here, there is someone I want you to talk to.”

    The goalie stops another puck with his face, then skates over to meet the pair.

He says “Hey Blade, who did you want me to meet.” he pauses for a second, before speaking in a much higher and excited tone. “Wait is it a scout? He is a scout right? You should have told me ahead of time so I could prepare myself.”

She responds “ No, he isn’t a scout. Fang this is Brick Whal, my good friend, and starting goalie for the Calgary Wranglers. I brought him here to work on your skills”

Blade then turns to Brick. “Brick, This is Fang Flashback, my new goalie. I want you to try and teach him everything you know”

    Whal and Flashback greet each other, and are about to step back onto the ice, when Brick remembers what he saw coming in. He leans down to whisper into Blade’s ear

“Is there anything else I should know about this guy?”

    She thinks for a second, before a sly smile escapes her lips,

“No, Nothing at all”
