Well, I agree with performance should have a big impact on a HOF consideration, I would think that anyone with the drive to be good will have their build sorted out fairly early in their career. I think the team and players any player gets to play on or with has a big impact on stats. Their could, in my opinion, be where a bit of bias could come into play. Doesn't matter to me at this point, I have a long way to go and need team mates to play with before I perform to my expectations. I will revisit this topic in about 4 season.

So, I have a chance? I have maxed every week since I got here and plan on for my current career. Does that put me in the running? I don't plan on having a job at any point in the league. I am just a player and enjoy that part.

1. The Americans scraped the bottom of the lottery, walking away with the 4th and 12th overall picks of the S69 draft. Who would you be most excited to see join the squad? I have my eye on the Hiroshi Okada kid. Looks like a real worker. Other than that, there are a lot of young players that just need some development. 2. The S69 FA pool is incredibly deep this year, with a lot of big names becoming available at the end of the season. Who’s the best on the market? Just about anyone could fit on our team but I leave those things to the boss. 3. Last season we just barely lost the battle against Toronto for the playoffs. With new assets on the horizon, where do you expect us to place this coming season? I would hope to make the playoffs with the team coming together like it was towards the end of last season. I don't want to set any team goals though as we have to find our pace first. 4. With such an expansive FA market, a lot of teams are going to have to take a hit to their rosters. Who do you think fares the worst? The team that loses the most FA's. 5. Prospects Ryo Yamazuki II @Donno100, Aamon Grim @aCrypticPancake and Jaxon Walker @hewasajazzman have all jumped up to the VHL level during the off-season with our team. How do you expect them to do in their inaugural seasons? Well their future is in their own hands. If they work hard and gain some skills, they will play and succeed. 6. Who do you consider to be your biggest rival in the VHL, whether it be a team or individual player? Every team is our rival. I look at whichever team is ahead of us in the standings and make sure we play hard against them.

Congrats to the Cup winning team and all it's players. Too bad the series was short but I know the battles were fierce. Also, congrats to all the teams that made the playoffs, that is not to be overlooked. I hope with the right moves and further development, our team will soon join in the fun. Let me touch on the language issue that has been a topic of late. I find it not to be that bad but I also realize that there some very young members that might not have the same level of maturity as others. It will stay the way it is unless someone wants to be the channel police and shame the person that has made infractions to the standards that everyone would live by in real life. I don't think that is a good way to approach it but something should be done with some of the truly rude and abusive chat I have seen. I thought of one way and that is to make the actual VHL Discord channel sim related only and then have a public channel that you are a willing participant when joining it knowing that there might be language that would offend certain people. I am more interested in some sim chat than who has the biggest E-Peen. Well that's all I have to say about that. I would like to say my time here in the VHL has been great. I am very happy that I was recruited by @VanCanWin and @Acydburn who helped me get going and @Elmebeck who provides a friendly chat just about anytime, day or night. Good place we have here. I hope to be here for many careers.

I think it would be great to have an option to change your original country to another. It seems that some countries are heavy with talent and some not so much. When you first arrive here at the VHL, and really don't see the big picture, I picked a country with little thought. Now I see how teams are picked for special events and I can see that was a mistake. I would have very little knowledge of this at the very beginning of my player creation. So a Player Store option would be nice. Once per career for X amount of dollars only seems like a good thing. Just my opinion.
