Review: Really good stuff from someone that knows how to do it. Love the player effects and the background seems to work in sharp contrast to your player, so that is awesome. I wonder what it would look like if the player and text format was switched so the player was on the left. Amazing work.

Review: Never hurts to try something different. It looks like you went for a certain concept and achieved it. I would say it looks ok for what it is but good on you for trying different ways to skin the cat. Good effort.

Week ending 9/1 1. Have you gone on vacation? If so, where? 2. What teams are you pulling for in the playoffs? 3. Do you think the VHL settle at 12 teams, or do you think there will be even more expansion after a few seasons. 4. What do you feel about the expansion in general? 5. Do you think you will be taken in the expansion draft? 6. How do you feel about the new GMs for the expansion teams? 7. Have you ever put "Super Glue" on a toilet seat? 8. How well do you think you performed this season? 9. Do you follow any of the drama on the Discord channel? 10. Do you think there should be less drama in this sim and more hockey related topics?

The playoffs are a fun time, if your team is in the running. When you don't make the playoffs, the days are long and you have to dig deep to stay on course. Training is vital to success, many have chosen to take time off and not worry about becoming a better player. This is a very important time of the season to improve your skills. If you want to be a great hockey player in this league, you don't take time off, you work harder. With my team in a rebuild, I look forward to the coming season as it will define our direction a bit more. We should have some young talent to add and a veteran player or two. The GM has a plan and all we can do is sit back and watch what happens. Next season should bring some excitement to the team. Something that was lacking this season. I hope we draft self-driven players that knows what it takes to become great, not just take up a roster spot. I see a big step forward in NY next season. I will be ready to play.

Review: Always fun to see a player happy about an achievement. You did a good job with the background effects and your player is very "clean" with a well placed logo. My only suggestion would have been to make your text a bit more fancy. Great job.

Week ending 8/24 How do you feel about not making the playoffs? Will you be on the team next season, as far as you know? Are you going to work on skills this off season or take a vacation? What would you like to see changed on the team? Did you play in the WJC? If so, did you have fun? The locker room has been a bit dull. Is there a way to make players talk a bit more? Who do you think will win the cup? Do you have a favorite player or some player you wanted to emulate? Are you excited about having a few rookies on the roster next season? How long do you think it will take for us to become an actual contender?

With the playoffs just around the corner, players are getting ramped up to reach for the cup. Some teams that didn't make the playoffs are going to have to work hard in the off season to become better players for the up coming season. This will be my first season in the VHL and our team didn't make the cut. We have a lot of talent but still need to recruit more and build ourselves into a contender. With the proper drafting and FA pickup, we could be back in the playoffs in a couple of seasons. So the future is bright even though this season was over at the beginning. Moving forward will take a bit of commitment from each player to do his/her part in becoming the best player they can. Not every player has the intestinal fortitude to do this and that is just a character issue that has plagued many teams. Choosing the right players will be critical in the next couple of drafts. I look forward to a being on a good team that is being built. You have to have confidence in your leadership that they know what they are doing. I am fully committed to being a part of this rebuild and plan on making my mark in this league when we are full of commited talent. Good luck to all my friends that will continue into the playoffs. I hope to compete with you guys at some point.
