    1)  We are at about the third season mark. What teams are most likely going to face off in the next Founder's Cup final?

Sask and Philly! The two bottom teams rising up!

    2. What is one trade you'd like your trade to do at this moment?

none! I’m sick of being traded! Once is enough lol!

    3. The 3rd World Junior Championship Commissioner was just hired (congrats Frostbeard), meaning the S65 WJC is about to start. Do you think you have what it takes to represent your nation?

i hope so. Lots of talent, and the Europe group is a deep one. I’d settle for a role on the 4th line as a first year VHLMer

    4. Who are your early favourites to win some awards in the VHLM? MVP, best two-way forward, best defenseman, best goalie?

MVP is probably HHH. Dude is gonna score 160npoints lol.

im the best two way obvs.

    best goalie is @leafssteen

    5. What's one song that you listen to before stepping on the ice, that will inevitably pump you up and get you ready for action?

    Aqua- Barbie Girl

    6. Describe your VHLM team's General Manager and/or Assistant to the General Manager in 3 words.

    Just. Met. Them! Lol!

literally got traded to Sask two days ago.

TheFlash got a reaction from BladeMaiden in Gruber goes Wild; Reaper’s latest fire sale victim is their Captain
Late last night, news broke of yet another trade in Philadelphia. General Manager @BladeMaiden has already made the direction her team will take this year with recent trades of superstars such as Mikko Aaltonen, Jet Jaguar and John Frostbeard. Last nights trade cemented that plan, as team captain Hans Gruber was dealt to the Saskatoon Wild. Gruber isn’t going alone, as teammates Brian Strong, Dwin Championship, Cody Parkey will be heading there too for a series of picks. Gruber, who had 18 points (3 goals and 15 assists) in 30 games for the Repears, including being 53% on the dot, good enough for 7th in the league among centremen with 500+ faceoffs. He’ll fit nicely as the 2nd line Center in Saskatoon, potentially with former linemate Brian Strong on his wing.

Wherever he’ll play, Gruber will make an impact with both his leadership and his hockey ability. Gruber will make his debut today, as the last place Wild face off against the Yukon Rush.

TheFlash got a reaction from DMaximus in The Reaper Recap with Grim Grimley [1/2]
So the first week of Reaper history is in the books! It was a pretty average week, which saw them go 2-2. Below, we’ll talk about each game and then the leading performers for the week! Also selected will be the Grim Reaper, the top performer for the week for the Reapers. Without further ado, let’s get into game one!

The first game in Reaper history saw them take on the Saskatoon Wild. This was also their first game in the Crematorium, their newly named home arena. The first period was a wild one, with SIX!!! Goals scored, including four in the first ten minutes. The first goal in Reaper history was scored by Mikko Aaltonen, as he streaked down the wing, had a nice give and go with centreman Walter Clements, and cut to the net to score a beauty.  Two more quik goals from Charlie Paddywagon and another by Aaltonen saw the Reaper’s’ lead grow to 3-1. Fast forward to the third period, the game is all tied up at four. The Wild’s John Perdue takes a double minor for roughing, and sends the Reapers to the man advantage. Brian Strong made them pay, as he scored goals number two and three on the night for himself, and gave the Reaper’s their first win in history, 6-4.

Game number two was a road trip, as the Reapers travelled to Minnesota to take on the Storm. The Reapers fell into an early hole, down 2-0. Mikko Aaltonen scored his 3rd in two games to bring the game back to 2-1, but a late 1st period goal by Chico Smeb brought the Storm’s lead back to two. The second and third period saw the Wild and Reapers trade goals, both by Aaltonen, completing his hat trick but it ultimately wasn’t enough, as Philly took the loss in this one, 5-3.

Defenceman Charlie Paddywagon carries the puck while Goalie Wendy Kandee-Cain looks on
The Wild traveled back to the Crematorium for a re match of the season opener for both teams. Dissanayake and Jagr scored early for the Wild, and had them feeling pretty good going into the second period. Jet Jaguar notched his first of the year, as he got himself behind the net, set it to the hashmarks to Strong, who then fed Frostbeard who tapped it to an unnoticed Jaguar. He scores an easy one in the open cage to get the Reapers on the board. The third was a bit busier, as Philadelphia added three unanswered, including another one from Mikko Aaltonen, making it six in three games and offically giving him the first scoring streak in Reapers history! Strong also added one into the empty net for the 4-2 win.

The final game of the week saw the Reapers face their first Canadian opponent of the season, the Halifax 21st. This one was a goalie battle, with little scoring. Chase and Kandee Cain came up big for their respective teams. Brian Strong added his team leading (tied with Aaltonen) sixth goal of the year, but the 21st added one in each period to take this one.

The Reapers got the majority of their scoring from two players this week, Mikko Aaltonen and Brian Strong. Only two other players managed to score, so Philly is going to need their other players to step up and take the load off of these two snipers.

And of course, the Grim Reaper of the week goes to the man who scored goal number one, and is tied for the team lead in goals, Mikko Aaltonen! He's shown a nose for the net and promises to be a key feature in a Philadelphia offensive attack that should prove to be leathal once they get firing on all cylinders.

    1) The draft is over, the signings have settled down, and the VHLM is just about ready to get things started. Who do you think is the favorite, going into this season?
The Reapers! We've got a great top 9, and solid goaltending (and one good defenceman lol!)

    2) With teams filling up this quickly, further expansion of the VHLM might be a potential talking point. Where would you put another minors team?

    St. Louis

    3) The offseason's ending- what's your player's plan to get back in shape for game 1?
To up his D, passing and stick handling

    4) Do you/your player have any preseason superstitions to help boost their performance?
    Always claim welfare

    5) Now that you've had time to get used to your team, who's been your favorite teammate thus far?
    Def not @SlashACM

    6) If the commissioners/GMs could do one thing to make your VHLM experience more fun, what would it be?
More TPE tasks available, that don't require 500 words.

Review- Overall, not to bad. I liked how you put the moment with his father at the beginning. Cool to give it a spin with a bit of history and give your player something to play for. The length was nice, but would be better if you threw in two or three pictures to add a bit of colour a life to it. But well done.

I do wish there was a little more background and early year information about your player to really help create a full picture, but nonetheless great bio and good luck in the upcoming season!
