If Weenuk ends up anything like Gee, you'll get a lot more out of that pick than you prob expect. Great locker room guy, interested in his player, and Gee was a huge asset to Prague so I expect Weenuk will be the same for you guys

this is basically all i ever do for efl and sba, yet i find myself caring slightly more about the teams and the storylines than i did when i actually tried putting in work

If you don't, it's not hard to recreate. Just look up the logo for the Ivory Coast national soccer team, and turn the soccer ball into a puck.

Further increases the gap between recreates (who would know better) and new people (who don't). Not a fan for that reason - don't want someone in their 2nd-3rd season just decide to give up because they "already ruined their player"

I used to have teams in another league from Africa (Abidjan Elephants were the main team, Nairobi Rhinos were the farm, and yes I know they're complete opposite sides of the continent) so I'm especially happy to see someone else embracing the idea of African hockey. "Almost 30" is young - I'm 36 now, a grown ass man with a job I spend too much of my life at (and that's even taking into consideration I'm the last person to ever want to pick up OT or anything) and most importantly, a wife as of about 2 weeks ago. I have a guy on SBA and two guys on EFL primarily because of the auto-12, although one of my EFL guys might be HOF bound for the first time in my sim life.

Good old Leandre St.Pierre! How's things, been a while 

With the recent league restructuring and the theft of GMs involved in doing so, we were left with two openings in Halifax and Saskatoon. Coincidentally all from the same managing tree, as Barzal was Sam's AGM in Hali before taking Sask, and now they're both up with the E. Sent out a quick few interviews, had some good responses. We have now narrowed those responses down to 2.

Quoting would have required going through the trouble of deleting the rest of the comment, and since I'm at work I went for the option that was quicker at the time. Apparently "abseils" is another word for rappel, like someone might do going down a mountain. Didn't make a lot of sense in context, but is apparently a real word, so something like auto correct wouldn't catch it.

Not something I expected to happen in this league at all, but you've actually used a word I wasn't familiar with - abseils.
