2. I think the logo would be some sort of American king that kind of looks like the statue of liberty but a male version, and instead of holding a torch they hold a hockey stick.

1. I honestly don't remember and don't have time to check, they should go in cool ass cities though.

2. Should be our stereotypical American. Fat, gun loving, takes up 2 seats and slobby all over the ice to make our opponents fall.
