1. I love our chances, we always have a chance to win a game no matter who we play, I truly don't feel like we're ever not in a game.

2. I'll probably find a new pregame ritual, lately been enjoying some nice pot in the locker room before games.

3. I'm not a very superstitious person, I usually just take it how I get it.

4. Home ice is obviously a big deal no matter who you are, especially with Vegas where the fans are WILD. But I feel like even if we don't lock up some sort of home ice advantage we'll still come out on top.

5. We're going to wherever we can to be honest, not a lot of places want to fully support the diet of an entire hockey team.

1 - So we went out in five games versus Houston.  How tough is this loss for you?

 

Very. With my first season in a professional league, it would've made for a wonderful Cinderella story if the backup was able to save the series. Unfortunately, my big story will have to wait. But it will come 

 

2 - What are your plans for the offseason?  Will you be trying anything new out to improve as a player?

 

My plans are to practice, practice and practice! I wasn't good enough this season, so I'll make sure I am by the start of the next. I'm going to be honing in on my rebound control and the glove to make sure that I am unstoppable between the pipes.

 

3 - Are you in any other sim leagues?  If so, what is the variety of sports?

 

Nope! Hockey is my one and only. Fun fact, I have a fear of baseballs.

 

4 - The Aces look to have a solid roster next season.  Where do you plan on playing?

 

Wherever the wind takes me! I'm slotted for the VHLM Dispersal draft, so wherever I end up will be where I play. I would love to wear an Aces jersey at the start of next season, but I can't be partial since it's not in my control. I just consider myself lucky to be playing in such a great league.

 

5 - Are you still following the playoff and watching certain players?  Who are your favorites to win the three Cups?

 

Nope. My focus is completely on improving my game. I have been watching the VHL to take notes of the stud goaltenders to take after the likes of them!

 

6 - Next season you're getting another cool deposit into your bank account!  What's your player gonna spend it on?

 

Probably Subway. Like a footlong. Steak and Cheese with extra steak and extra cheese.

3 - Rivalries come and go, but they're a test of character.  What rivalries do you have or think may come up in the future?

4 - Imitation could be the highest form of flattery some say; which NHL or VHL player do you imitate or model yourself after the most?

1. So, we're not really doing too hot right now. What're your thoughts on the season so far?

2. With us basically being a lock for first overall, who do you hope we pick up in the draft?

3. How should we approach the offseason and what kind of direction should the Aces take for next season? Rebuild, all in, competitive retooling?

1. You can't win every season. It would get boring. And getting the first overall pick is great publicity for next season.

2. There's one very obvious choice for first overall and that is me. But at this point, any active player could probably help the team a lot.

3. Just get better. The only way from here is up.

4. It would be nice if Miami could win. They have a great goalie on their team.

5. Absolutely not. Juan is a Vegas legend. Perhaps the training facility could be renamed after Manny Ceson if the two names are confusing currently.

6. The entire city? I'm not sure if there's enough room for the entire city to fit inside Denver.

4. Depth has continually been an issue for us and many other teams in the VHLM. What can the team do to be more appealing to recreates and first gens?

The season is going great thanks to our star player Manny Ceson.

2. We recently picked up two players in trades? How do you feel about the Aces going all in this season?

Of course they are going in. They want the best players to help the best player, Manny Ceson. Everyone wants to be on the team with him.

3. How do you feel about our odds making the Founder's Cup Final? Any concerns or points of optimism you want to share?

We might make it but if we don't Manny already has a vacation booked to Mexico instead just in case.

4. The theme week this week was rookies! How do you feel rookies in the VHL, be it new to the website or to text based sim hockey leagues in general, contribute to the atmosphere of the VHL?

We should ban rookies. New users have to adopt old players who can keep playing forever but only in the VHLM.

5. What are your favorite hobbies outside of playing for the best team in the VHLM?

Manny has lots of hobbies but he can't tell you what they are as they are top secret. If you would like to know how to be great like Manny you can buy his new book which details the best hobbies to do to be the best.

6. Thoughts on revoking Manuel Ceson's captaincy? 

This is the worst idea I have ever heard. The only reason this would be a good idea is if Juan got to come back and be captain instead.

Back to business as before the E. It will be fine. Some hickups are to be expected with the E players needing new teams.

i helped my dad fire the gm. he just wasnt up to the job.

i have started making plans for opening a new airport and i have read that it can take just months to open so hopefully i can do that this season.

i dont know what teams are in the vhl. i have never been to the vhl.

i think we will finish somewhere between first and tenth. if we finish below tenth i will be really disappointed.

1. The Aces drafted me so it was great! Seriously though, the team didn't have many holes but drafted some underrated players late that should help the team in the future.

 

2. I think just seeing how the "new" VHLM works will be interesting to watch.

 

3. My first pregame warmup shot is always high, glove side on our goalie.

 

4. I want to provide a lot of offense while staying defensively responsible.

 

5. I would take them to Sweden and show them all the natural beauty there.

1. Cup or bust! There is no reason the Aces shouldn't be contention for the Founder's Cup. We have a talented group of players who are working hard and we should be one of the top teams in the VHLM.

 

2. Playing in the JST (Game 7 tonight!) and moving into my new place in Las Vegas. I checked out the sites, caught a couple shows, got familiar with the area.

 

3. There's a big rivalry with the Reapers and it's always good to play them.

 

4. I like looking for answers to the trivia questions as well as researching questions to submit!

 

5. I found a good deal on a 2020 Volvo XC60 SUV. It's great for exploring the area. It's got some pep, some space, and great speakers!

 

6. I don't mind trying something different as long as there are great desserts!
