Wow... There's a lot I can say about this graphic, but I'll try and be positive and highlight what I think is good:
 
- How you changed the team logos to incorporate the VHL logos. That's good. 
 
 
 
The rest of it is pretty mediocre and, like, grade-school level, in terms of graphic design. I think this graphic could easily be mocked up in MS Paint which is not the best sign for a quality graphic.
 
 
Here are some basic pointers I can give for this specific graphic:
 
1) Instead of putting white squares behind logos like LA Stars, to hide the existing NHL logos, you can use a CLONE STAMP TOOL to clone the portions of the blue 'mountain' pattern over the existing NHL logos. Then, you'd be able to just paste the transparent LA Stars logo on, and have it look better.  Youtube 'clone stamp tool tutorial' for more info.
 
 
2) The VHL logo on the runway/rug needs to have it's skew/perspective changed. This is part of most 'transform' tools in graphic editing programs. Youtube 'Transform tool tutorial' for more info.
 
 
3) The white square behind the 'VHL DRAFT IS COMING!' text is so shockingly bad and amateur. You can avoid this by maybe colouring the text a colour that makes it stand out above the 'crowd' behind it. It would obviously blend in pretty bad if you left it black, thus, changing the font color would let you avoid having to  shoehorn in that gross white square.
 
 
 
There's plenty more wrong here, but these are some basic pointers. Overall, for doing graphics regularly on VHL and expecting to be approved for the tpe, you should obtain an image editing program like PHOTOSHOP (good) or GIMP (free and bad but still way better than MS Paint).

GENTLEMENS AGREEMENT LADS!

1. We missed out on the finals. What can we do to make sure we can avoid this disappointment next season?
Is there anything such as certainty in the VHL? I don't think there is anything specific we can do to guarantee avoiding elimination at any point in the playoffs. All we can do is play ourselves into the best position possible, which is exactly what we did last regular season.
 
2. What would you say is the most defining trait of our team this past season?
Resilience. After losing Venus Flytrap in free agency I think morale was a bit down - which is understandable, as she is an excellent player! But ultimately we came back from it and a difficult adjustment period after trading for Chris Hylands, allowing us the top seed in the conference.
 
3. As the salary cap gets more and more difficult to navigate for us as a steady contender, how much longer is our window in your opinion?
Most likely two seasons or so. After our long-time captain Dakota Lamb retires, it would be time for a new era in Warsaw.
 
4. What is the most useless organ in your body?
I'm not sure there is a 'useless' one. The appendix contains a number of helpful bacteria and the spleen acts as an immune system reservoir while clearing your body of old/mutated red blood cells. But if I had to lose one, it might be the gallbladder?
 
5. Across the entire VHL, which player most surprised you with their performance in S77?
Andrew Su. He was great a season ago, and replicated a top-of-the-line performance yet again this season despite having a change in management and several roster changes.
 
6. In the same vein, which team surprised you the most in S77, whether for overperforming or underperforming in this past season?
Chicago still did relatively well in the regular season, but I was surprised by how poorly they did in the playoffs - they were swept in their first series after 1) winning the championship last season and 2) ostensibly having an even better roster this season. But that's just the way STHS goes sometimes.
 
7. With a lot of the attention turned towards Thursday's draft, which team do you think will have the most impactful draft in the league?
I would think Moscow or Calgary would have excellent drafts provided their quantity of top picks. That shouldn't be surprising provided the circumstances.
 
8. Who do you believe is the best graphics maker in the VHL?
Well, I think @gorlab has a very long history of being at or near the top. That continues to be true today, even if there are some excellent graphics creators that have popped up over the last few dozen seasons.

Tough call, but I think I would sail across the Atlantic in a luxury cruise yacht stocked with the finest marijuana money could buy. 
 
2. It's now the offseason. What could we have done better?
I think I should have made more memes, or at least 1 meme, for our series against whoever we lost to... I can't even remember at this point because the focus has shifted to S78. 
 
3. If there was one thing you could tell your parents/loved ones, what would it be?
Invest your money and always wear a condom when messing around with hoes. 
 
4. Are you a white light or yellow light person?
I think I'm both. I prefer white light in like, images/art but I think I prefer to chill in yellow light settings irl. If I had to choose one.... White light. 
 
5. Do you keep up with your flu shots every year before the flu season starts?
No. I do not get flu shots every year. I think the last time I got one was in high school over 10+ years ago. 
 
6. Have you ever came across someone that really made an impact on you? If yes, who was it? 
In VHL? Yes, a few people who I'm not going to name and shame. In life, there's been a few friends and teachers in the past, but I can't think of any specific instance where a person really left a lasting impact on me.
