Not that I planned on playing it but that was a piss off. I get that last gen the PS3 had more power and got shunned but at least the devs could fall back on it being a tricky CPU. Now they have no excuse, Sony still has more power, and they offer some bullshit cop-out. Guarantee MS is sick of looking bad because the PS4 runs so much better that they've starting paying off devs to make our versions worse so they don't look so bad. Even if we believe the garbage he's feeding about AI there's still no reason the PS4 version should be limited at 30 FPS.

I'm sure you'll remind us of this in what, 4 seasons maybe?

This is going to make me sound terrible but as someone who has never played any of the Batman or AC games does it seem like the kind of thing I should pick up? I love LOTR and from what I've heard Shadow or Mordor seems like it has a plot I would love. I'm just worried because all I've heard about the fighting style is like AC, batman or both,

Effort: 2/2 - Yeah. Look: 2.25/3 - You’re new, as you said, so I’ll try and give you some good advice here, this does need some help though. The BG is actually pretty, nice use of stocks and it goes well with the burnt film look on the edges. Not sure what’s going on with the starburst though, it seems like it should add lighting but it doesn’t. Get some curves adjustments in there to bring the light in. The main issue I have though is the text. It stands out way too much and is distracting from the render which is supposed to be the main focus. Bring it in closer to the render and use stocks to blend it rather than having it be such a bright blue. Creativity: 1/1 - I’ll give you this. Total: 5.25/6

Effort: 2/2 - I can see effort. Look: 2.5/3 - The main problem here is colouring. The blue doesn’t work well with the gold and black that the logo is going with. Good choice on renders for the colours though and I like their placement. The sides need to be either blurred or darkened though to really get the eye to the center where it belongs. Creativity: 1/1 - Yup. Total: 5.5/6

Effort: 2/2 - Definitely. Look: 2.75/3 - The center is a bit contrasty for my liking, that’s my main issue off the bat. I love the blending done on the renders, it looks amazing, but I feel like they’re putting the eye to the edges a bit. I’d like to see them a bit closer to the center. Overall though, it’s very well done. Creativity: 1/1 - Yup. Total: 5.75/6

The stock work is just all over the place without any real blending. Text also stands out way too much and is positioned oddly. Try to avoid that effect palate for text, use stocks. Some minor things of note that aren’t worth docking for: the blurring doesn’t always make the most sense for the DoF and I’d like to see the text a little closer in but those aren’t major problems. Effort: 1/1 - I can definitely see the effort. Nice transitions, good cuts. Look: 3/3 - I would have liked to see some cuts on musical cues to really push it over the edge but the overall feel was good. A nice mix of game video and what I’d refer to as team bonding shots. Looks good. Quality: 2/2 - The graphic at the end was a little lacking quality wise but the rest was solid so it’s not worth docking for. Overall: 6/6 Final: 6/6

Effort: 2/2 - It doesn’t SEEM like there’s a lot here but simple sigs often have a lot more too them than meets the eye. Look: 2.75/3 - I actually really do like this sig, I can’t put my finger on exactly what I like so much but I do. The BG is simple and blends well, the subtle colouring works well. My main issue is the text. I like what you’re going for but something about vertical text doesn’t feel quite right here. Creativity: 1/1 - Definitely. Total: 5.75/6
