After 17 seasons since the last Commissioner's Cup, @Gustav and I have finally revived the little-known tournament that has already shown to be plenty of offseason fun. For those who may never have seen this before, the Commissioner's Cup is a battle between the two VHLM Commissioners - each commissioner drafts a team of any 12 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goalies who played in the VHLM that season. The competition will be a best of 3, and in a special twist, we'll be simming on STHS Version 2.0 which is sure to provide plenty of wacky and absurd moments as it is absolutely not balanced whatsoever.
