2) Europe won gold in this season's World Juniors, with World winning silver and the US winning bronze. Were you surprised with the results? What do you think about this season's WJC?

 

3) Who do you think our biggest opponent might be in the playoffs? What do you think we need to do to defeat them?

 

4) What do you and the boys do after games? Do you all hang out in a bar and celebrate? Prepare for the next game?

 

5) Are you more of a dog person, or cat person?

 

6) Who is the most wholesome of the team? Who is the opposite of that?

1: We have people who hit pucks very good, overall a nice thing.
2: I wasnt surprised, i dont keep up with these kind of bum events so i imagine europe is a good team.
3: Philadelphia Reaper, to defeat them i think we need to score more goals than they score.
4: We go to a certain type of club and go into the private VIP lounge.
5: Dog, cats will claw you for no reason and dont need to be provoked, air bud would never.
6: The most wholesome on the team is probably spartan, he just be vibing i respect it, and after what i saw in this thread jiggly gumballs is the least wholesome here, remove this man.

1. Obviously I'm happy that we've progressed to the second round of this year's playoffs. I thought we played well, we showed very good game management to get the job done. 

2. I think we are gonna get Mississauga, they are a good team and it would make for a very interesting tie 

3. There are a lot of expectations placed on you when going to the VHL, especially considering how big this years draft class is, so you need to make sure you grab the opportunity with both hands.

4. I've been trying to remain calm during the playoffs. I'm fortunate to play in such a good team and have such an experienced locker-room and managed staff around me to help me, if I begin to struggle.

5. My favourite memory so far has to be when I got my first goal. I was bouncing off the walls and everyone was congratulating me. Let's just say I had a few drinks after that one...

6. My favourite game is probably Pokémon since its just so nostalgic, favourite movie is Anchorman (1 or 2 honestly can't decide) and my favourite TV show is a Scottish comedy show called Burnistoun.

1. Win in six or seven depending on who we play

 

2. Mississauga or Miami I think are the only possible teams 

 

3. being able to adjust to the skill gap, you go from one of the best players in the M to a average player in the VHL

 

4. playoff pressure? Ha I’ve been playing the whole season like it’s the playoffs 

 

5. Favorite memory was when I was able to finally get 50 goals on one of the last days of the season

1) We did good and can always do better. 
2) Not sure will have to look. 
3) I will just have to play the game the way I play it and try to fit into their system. 
4) I thrive on pressure so no I’m doing great. 
5) It was memorable scoring 59 goals and over a hundred points. 
6) I love NHL games, one favorite movie is The Departed, TV show would be Breaking Bad.

The hard work in the gym, day in and day out, is taxing. It takes a level of dedication to really reach a point where you can be trusted.

Haha pressure.  I'm going to play my game, and let the results speak.

Being traded here and being so welcomed has really been...well, amazing really.

I think we've shown over this season that we're the real deal, if we had our current squad the whole season I think we would have taken that top spot too. I don't think we'll be challenged too hard before the Fianls.

I'll go with the slightly controversial answer of picking the Lynx to provide an upset, they're down 3-2 at the moment but I think they've got the talent and coaching staff to make the comeback happen.

 

3) What do you think is the biggest challenge when moving up to the VHL? Or just getting a bigger role within the team in general?

I think it's just the relentlessness of the schedule and the depth of teams, in the minors you often see those 3rd and 4th lines looking quite thin whereas in the major league there's a lot of depth on many teams.

 

4) Is the playoff pressure getting to you? How do you get over the pressure?

Well for me personally there's not much pressure to perform, I'm a freshmen with limited minutes so any positives that I bring out on the ice are valuable.

 

5) What's one of your favorite memories in the VHL so far?

Getting those two goals in our Game 4 win over Mexico as well as scoring the game winner in the third. There's nothing that compares to scoring a vital goal in a playoff game, and it putting us up 3-1 in the series put the cherry on top.

 

6) What's your favorite video game, movie, and TV show?

Video game: Divinity Original Sin 2 or CS:GO
Movie: Arrival

TV Show: The Good Place

4: I was in the playoffs last year and struggled. I learned a bit and now I'm perfectly fine

1. I mean we were the best in our conference  and we didn't choke like Tampa and Calgary in the NHL so that's good enough for me.

1. Kind of unsurprised, but they gave us a run for our money. Glad we’re moving on though

1) I think we dominated, the boys are coming together this post season

3 for me the biggest challenge in the vhl is adapting to the league, new faces, stronger opponents and all of that.

1. Well we moved on which is the most important part obviously haha

 

2. I think it will be Miami in the next round 

 

3. I think the challenge is getting going early on in the season. And obviously with limited okay time it’s hard to prove you’re a great player or even a decent player otherwise if you can’t get on the scoresheet due to play time

 

4. Just gotta keep the grind up and make sure we are updating and staying on top of thing for the league honestly. I mean that in itself will help

 

5. My favorite moment is the one we are currently many this postseason I am just happy I went to a bright young team that’s competing and will continue to do so 

 

6. My favorite video game is probably Skyrim or fallout new vegas. Movie is probably Star Wars episode 5. And my favorite TV show used to be the walking dead but it might be the mandorian or outlander nowadays

1) We can always do better but it was a fun ride. 
2) Miami will win it. 
3) I was happy scoring 59 goals and over 110 pts. Management did a great job. 
4) I hope to accomplish a lot in the VHL. 

5) I let my gf do all the decorations. 
6) I just loved scoring so much and making it to the conference finals. Great bunch of guys.

1. We ran Into a goalie who played insane not much we could do

 

2. Miami wins it, seems like a team of destiny over there

 

3. my season as a whole was great had my best ever season, and management did a great job

 

4. the future for me is joining a young and talented Warsaw team so I’m ready for that challenge 

 

5. like a week or so before Christmas start decorating 

 

6. I loved playing with such a great group of teammates, and just the stupid conversations in the LR
