      Not sure if his stats are available any more but I've always felt like Patrick Bergqvist is a good candidate. Also Kohler and Holik seem like the obvious choices for this if you haven't gotten to them (I think you might've written about Kohler already).

      I have nothing against either of those teams but IMO but Vasteras had more of an identity than Cologne or Stockholm ever did.  I do think we should have a German team tho.
