    1. Who has the best shot of winning ROTY?

    I haven't even opened the index yet but I did a VHL bot inquiry on L and he's looking wavy. Most electrifying man in sim league entertainment. In reality, probably Rhynex Entertainment.

     

    2. Which team exceeded your expectation in terms of performance?

    Chicago. We litty and dumpstering teams left and right. Has Jeff cracked the code and entered the matrix? We will see.

     

    3. Are you happy with your player’s performance so far? Or is there anything you / the team can improve on?

    Pretty happy with PPG pace for L over the first 20 games. L and R got that instant chemistry tbh, looking good so far.

     

    4. What would you want for Christmas?

    I nice 18 lb. bag of very very high quality marijuana. Ya'hurd meh?!?

     

    5. What are your players pre game ritual?

    Visiting the nearest available handicap washroom stall and taking a wicked crunch.

     

    6. What are essentials in your hockey bag?

    A full desktop PC and monitors/keyboard/mouse, loud pack, $50,000 cash at all times, a handgun and visine.

    L is the twelfth letter of the modern English alphabet and the ISO basic Latin alphabet. Its name in English is el (pronounced /ˈɛl/), plural els. However, as of S75 in the VHL, L is also the newest player from the gorlab player agency. A physical shutdown defenseman who has a big booming shot, L is the perfect foil to his twin brother and defensive partner R, who is a slick wheeling and dealing toe-dragging skill defenseman. Both of the brothers played their full VHLM season with the Mississauga Hounds and experienced a very successful campaign which showed that both L and R were ready to play at the VHL level. L finished the S74 VHLM season with 12 goals and 43 assists, for 55 points over the 72 game season. L also recorded 108 hits and 98 shot blocks and was tasked with matching up to the best opposition forwards every night for the Hounds. Despite finishing amongst the top teams in the regular season, Mississauga was upset in the playoffs, preventing L and his brother from winning the VHLM cup.

     

    The S75 VHL Entry draft saw L and R drafted to the upstart Chicago Phoenix franchise at 4th and 6th overall, respectively. Chicago looks to secure the future of their blueline with the selection of the blue chip prospect brothers and so far it's looking like a fine fit. Chicago will be turning heads in S75 and beyond, and could be one of the first of their expansion class to experience legitimate playoff success.

     

    L's Strengths

     

    Defensive Awareness and Positioning - L's greatest strength is his ability to defend top forwards. His hockey IQ, positioning, and decision making are world-class and it's very rare that a forward will get the best of him in the defensive end of the ice.

     

    Strength - L is a physical monster. He's tall, heavy, and likes to play a physical game. His natural strength is incredible and he's known to be an absolute gym demon. He's in the gym more than VHL Commissioner Beaviss, which is hard to believe.

     

    Winning Pedigree - L is the 4th player in the gorlab agency and he will look to continue the success with at least 2 cup wins and will attempt to join Jet Jaguar as a VHL HoFer. L's pedigree is undeniable because of the legendary aura of his player agent.

     

     

    L's Weaknesses

     

    Skating - L has neglected his skating training and needs to work on that part of the game. Despite the modern game relying heavily on skating and speed, L manages to overcome his weakness with his strengths.

     

    Passing - The passing of L should likely remain at 40 through his career. Why? Well, to see what STHS does of course. If shit goes bad, then some passing training may be in order for the big Ukrainian.

     

     

     

    L and his brother look to set their sights on VHL history as they aim to have as much success in their careers as possible, to try and become one of the rare pair of brothers to grace the VHL hall of fame. Will it happen? Probably not, but these two Ukrainian bastards will give it their all in the process.

    I think the VHL has lost an important and valuable member the day Hogan left the site. I am not 100% sure on the backstory of it all, but I've heard several unsubstantiated rumours on the issue, none of which sound like bridges can't be mended/rebuilt for hogan to return to us.

     

    I am taking the initiative to make a tribute thread as my VHL.com article in honour of hogan. His cooking was amazing and his memes were so stupid they were actually top-tier in a meta way. I will never forget his amazing cooking ability and his love for Adam Sandler. 

     

     

     

    If you think hogan should come back to the VHL please post your favourite Adam Sandler gif in this thread as a tribute to our lost brother, brother.

    1.       Which aspect of your game would you most want to improve on?

    I would like to get my DEF from 96 to 99 but the tpe cost is hurting my soul.

     

    2.       Will our FA signing Jared fit in well to the team?

    I think he's fit in just fine. Glad to have him on the team.

     

    3.       Do you listen to any of the podcasts made by our fellow VHL friends? If yes, which ones?

    I'm not a podcast fanatic, but I do listen to 2 AND A HALF AUSSIES, BLADEMAIDENCAST, and DER MEISTER CAST.

     

    4.       How long will it take for the Chicago Phoenix to become competitive?

    About 10 more games. We ready to compete right now IMHO.

     

    5.       What’s your favourite snack? 

    A tall, well-built single mother who is so fed up with men that she is willing to settle for anything.

     

    6.       What’s the best song ever in your opinion?

    Fuck if I know? Landslide by Fleetwood Mac?  IDK if you can call a single song the goat song tho.
