  1. I’d like to apply. Life threw a lot of curve balls recently but I believe I’m settled now for a long while. Davos would be an incredible team to bring back and I’d be crazy not to apply.
  2. 1. Are you suitably prepared for the playoffs? 2. Which teammate do you think will be crucial to the playoff campaign? 3. How gnarly of a playoff beard can you grow? 4. What is your standard order of wings? 5. What is something we don't know about you yet? 6. Do you have any personal goals for the playoffs?
  3. Just want to say that being an AGM for @Enorama was a dream. I actually enjoyed DC so much that I still miss the feeling of being in the LR and being apart of the team. If I wasn't offered to become Prague AGM already, I would be all over this application. Good luck to everyone applying, I have absolutely no doubt that this would be one of the more ideal AGM situations in the VHL!
  4. Gus, I remember when I first got hired on for Halifax and Vancouver. Both times you reached out to me just to offer a hand. I mean, in the world of GMing in the VHL, that never happened. Really shows what kind of special person you are as a whole. I know GMing is a success-driven business but just looking at the image of Davos before you joined and now is a world of a difference and IMO that was a success on its own. I’m mostly saying all this because I genuinely believe that you did accomplish something. It may not be physical or tangible but I think you shaped GM culture, role and attitude. Your Hounds LR was a work of art. Thanks for everything and hope you can enjoy being a normie now! Also, am I allowed to toss you in the fountain now?
  5. Review: This is a nice summarization of the previous 8 games that the Watchmen went on. I think you did a great job at summarizing what happened in each game and how strong the team has performed. I think some page set up would help make the article really stand out but it doesn't necessarily need it. I also think that it would really be a good look if you incorporated some Bratislava logos and colour scheme into the headlines. Also if there was some excitement involved with going 7-1 would be exciting. Not to say that maybe you didn't mean to put that into this article but I didn't necessarily "feel" it. Besides that, the actual content is a 8/10 for me.
  6. Review: This article is a fantastic insight into what is going on inside the Toronto locker room. Toronto looks like they're going to be in a big battle with New York who I believe are your fiercest rivals. You articulated how this young Toronto team is responding extremely well together and are gelling in the first year. It's very important for a young rebounding team to bounce back like this and I think you voiced that very well. 10/10
  7. And thats when Siyan realized that he was alone on the ice and nobody was actually in the entire building. Poor guy got pranked hard!!!!
  8. I have to earn 2 TPE from this and I don't really have a topic to speak on to be honest. So, I guess I wanted to talk about the Multi situation. I don't really know what the fuck happened tbh? Like actually, what in the world is going on? I mean, I struggle earning on one player and theres people bored enough to do 106 players worth of work? How do you guys find the energy and time to update for all those players? Are you that bored? Sorry if I'm being shitty but I'm actually amazed that people have the capacity to do that. I have 0 attention span what so ever to actually accumulate that much tpe spread out from that many players. Also, keeping all that organized must be a job and a half. Well, maybe not the MS or anything else but the actualy personalities behind your players must be a struggle. I'm just glad that @Baozi, Dil (one of the Squidwards), @samxand the rest of the Moderators could sort out this issue. These humans deserve all the praise they can get right now considering they already do such a hard job as it is. Great job everyone!
  9. MF you could've just claimed this shit as a MS.... Whatchu doin baby @GustavMattias
  10. Who doesn't like a cheese steak amirite?
  11. This week, Devon (my nutritionist for those of you who haven't been reading the previous blog posts) called me a FAT shit. Isn't it his job to make me skinny? What an asshole. Anyways, I ordered a cheesesteak on my day off and I heard it all. I mean, I knew I was going to be under a strict diet but I didn't think I was going to be going ham 7 days a week. It's probably better that I do to be fair. Marcus (my chef) has actually found a way to make a fantastic cheesesteak that's in my macros. I can't have it EVERYDAY, but I can have it some days which is nice. Man, that's what I'm going to miss about this place, cheesesteaks. But you know what, Marcus is coming with me anywhere I go to so he can bring that recipe with him. The training staff has been fantastic with me. They actually gave me a key fob to the facility so I can enter anytime I want at any time. Especially since I've been on the hunt for an athletic trainer. I've been trying each trainer in my spare time at 6 am every day. I think I'm narrowing my choice down to the one who really connected to me and gave me tips to try throughout the week that worked on my skating ability. He's been officially hired as of today. His name is Jarrod and he's gotten me to build muscle in places I didn't think would grow at all! His tips have also helped my skating 10 fold, in just one week. Jarrod has already discussed with Devon and Marcus how he intends to do his role, which is fantastic I find. They've really gelled this week and have come up with a complete plan to get me into the top VHL player I potentially can be. Jarrod has got me on a full pull-push-legs routine right now, alongside drills to get me skating faster and with more powerful strides. Jarrod has also gotten a plan in place for my hand-eye coordination once I'm in the VHLE. Right now, it's about getting me back completely into shape since the shooting. I don't think I'm too far off from where I was at pre-incident. Now it's just about catching me up to prospects who were at my level previously. It's not like my brain stopped working, I just didn't play hockey while I was in a wheelchair. Besides this, Jarrod, Devon, and Marcus are all moving into my place this week. I was luckily renting a 5 bedroom house and nobody actually lived in their own place in Philadelphia. Their plan is to live with me until we find a permanent location (aka once I get to the VHL). They know this is a long-haul situation but we'll make it sooner rather than later. I'm prepared to give it my all, anything that the team needs. Let's get to work, gentleman.
  12. I tried some... Instructions unclear, glued my ass cheeks together.
  13. 1. What are your thoughts on your players performance so far this season? 2. Who do you think is the strongest team in the VHL thus far? 3. Are you watching the VHLE or the VHLM? Any teams or prospects interest you at all? 4. Who do you think has what it takes to win it all? 5. What is your favourite topping on a pizza? 6. What are some of your hobbies?
  14. Do you want to seymour butts?
  15. Everyone, you are all incredible folks for just even suggesting giving me your TPE for your builds. Honestly, I walk into the charity drive every year with my Christmas bonus in order to give to those who need it most. So, I don’t personally feel scammed because I was going to give it to someone in need anyways (for those of you who think I’m a baller, I absolutely am not haha). No matter what, I just want everyone to remember why we do the charity drive. Don’t worry about giving me your TPE, spend it wisely (except you @jhatty8, I’ll help you build if you need it). Just build strong and WIN everyone!!!!
  16. I’m down if I’m allowed to write the press conference questions
  17. Ya'll ever make hot chocolate and it's not hot enough?
  18. Interviewer: How has your development been going with the coaching staff in Philadelphia? Seymour Butts: They have been world class. I have never felt better, stronger or faster since I joined the roster. I knew they would be taking a risk in picking me in the draft so I've been making sure to do my bit to earn my worth here in Philadelphia. Interviewer: Thats great to hear. What have you been working on so far this season? Seymour Butts: I've been mostly working on my skating, strength and offensive senses. The coaching staff has a very vigorous plan for me and we've been working on it every single hour of the day. I get into the practice facility around 6 AM and I'm heading home around 8 PM. This includes weight lifting, a light skate and video review. Interviewer: I see you're working extremely hard on and off the ice. Who do you think has had the biggest influence this season? Seymour Butts: I've been speaking with a lot of VHL players, VHLE players and Hall of Famers. They've all heard my story and have reached out. I guess the VHL wants to see a redemption arc and I'm prepared to give it all my all to make that happen. Some VHL players have also given me advice on how to turn quicker, pass faster and more intelligently. It's weird, I think mentally I'm prepared for the VHL however my body has to catch up to my mind. It'll take some time but I know I'll eventually get there.
