Always @Squidward2. Water is love, water is life.

But yes you can actually drink too much water. I've tried! My legs became like twice their size and could be used like play-dough. Wouldn't recommend!

  3. 1. Since it's the offseason and it's the time to get to know eachother... Tell us one cool fact about you? 2. Who is your favourite current NHL player? 3. What is your favourite international cuisine? 4. What are your plans for the off-season? 5. Is there anyone we should be scouting in the VHLM? 6. Who is your biggest distraction in the off-season?
  4. Review: My god. This is a hell of an article. The actual content written is written very cleanly and almost as if I was at each stage of this past season with you. I think the best advice I can give in order to make this a lot more manageable and enjoyable would be formatting. If you centred the article and added a photo, I genuinely think this would be a piece of art. I can't wait to see what you're going to write next! 9/10
  5. Bruh how can you not take @Masu Chanwith you
  6. Review: I really like how you've added a photo. I think it adds a lot to the article as it gets us to see how you envision your player. Also, the formatting on this article is absolutely fine but I think some additions would help. I believe if you formatted this article centred would be a huge addition to the aesthetic. I also think if you added some bold or italics, it would've made it really jump out of the page. Otherwise, the content was fun and I can't wait to see what other media you can produce! 9/10
  7. I am le sorry peace-o. I had to shed my depressed past in order to create a happier fonzi. Not to say Toronto depressed me tho cause they absolutely didnt
  8. I just want to say that @MexicanCow123was absolutely a no brainer pick for me in his draft year. The season and a half I got to spend with him directly, and indirectly in the league has been a blast. Mexican Cow really is finer then Wagyu if you ask me.
  9. When I was Van GM and had my other player (Tony Adams), I intended to play for any team in the VHL. If that helps at all.
  10. Literally saw this coming from a mile away.
  11. 1. Since we dropped out due to a loss to Moscow, who do you think performed the strongest? 2. Do you like pizza? If so, whats your go-to order? If not, what is your favourite quick order-in dinner? 3. What do you plan on getting done in the offseason? A vacation or off-season training? 4. Which VHLE player looks the most promising to you? 5. Who is your best friend in the league and what is one nice thing you could say about them? 6. How are you doing during the Covid-19 Pandemic?
  12. This took fonzi copy and pasting into word counter multiple times in order to get 2 weeks cronked out as well
  13. It's the subtle weird things isn't it?
  14. That was me this morning. I woke up extremely dehydrated, bloated and I farted around 3 times. Protein farts are satisfying as hell. Have you ever smelt those? They are absolutely ferocious. Holy moly, I think I ripped up a room earlier this week. The lads had to walk out of the house for a mid. Mid cook, Marcus said fuck this and left. I mean,I have been D I S G U S T I N G. Granted, my gains have been absolutely fucking insane. I found a whole new muscle right under my traps. I had no idea to be completely honest. I'm lifting shit like it's easy now, and farting my way to gym every single day. My life has been great. Marcus has been cooking up a storm after the training and nutrition regime Devon and Jarrod have created. I'm actually not even eating at the facility right now. I'm bringing lunch like a little kid right now. Well, I'm eating close to 2 meals when I'm at the facility and training. Which is absolutely absurd compared to the rest of my teammates. Training has stayed consistent every single day, which is positive IMO and when we're playing away our schedule looks very different. However, when we are playing at home, our schedule looks something like this. We usually get in around 6 AM, eat breakfast together, get a morning skate in and do some stretching and conditioning. Then its official practice at around 10 AM. Practice finishes around 12 PM and we all eat lunch together. After lunch is done, we do some video review and then strength training for around 2 hours. It's around 3 PM and most of the guys head home. I stay back and get some training done till around 6 PM. I'm usually working on the core fundamentals and my skating. I'm just trying to catch back up to where I used to be. I'm certain I'll get there too. Then 6 pm hits, I have a protein bar and head home. Thats where Jarrods waiting for me to formulate a quick home workout and we all eat dinner together. Oh, I forgot to mention that Jarrod comes with me every single day. All the players bring their physical trainers to the facility. On away days, nobody comes with me. In fact, I bring a bag for my clothes and a bag for all my food. What helps is that I'm on a strict plan currently so I'm never deviating away from the plan we currently have. Marcus is the engine in this core group. My guy is always cooking stuff, trying out new recipes and whatnot. This dude is literally the goat in my opinion. I mean, Devon created a plan for all of us, Jarrod is training everyone and Marcus is cooking the food for all of us. In fact, Marcus came into the house over 50 pounds over weight and he's dropped around 25 pounds of fat in a month. He's gained around 10 pounds in muscle as well. Devon and Jarrod are absolutely shredded already. I think Devon could bench press around 375 without Jarrods help. Now Devon is able to bench press around 425. All in 2 weeks. That is insanity. Jarrod has finally been able to have abs. Usually he's this use godzilla like being. But right now, he has ab and looks like he's in the best shape in his life. This dude is so knowledgeable is crazy. We absolutely cleared out our last opponents. We're currently facing Las Vegas and we're tied 2-2 right now. It's been a tough series but we've been playing extremely well and confident the entire series. We just need myself and a few other key players to step up and show our prowess as much as possible. As long as we continue to focus together and work hard, we got this. I was speaking to some of my teammates and a few of them are getting distracted with all the fame and being a local celebrity. However, since the mood has been more focused, we came back from 2-0 to 2-2. If we keep this attitude up, I can see us winning it all! I think I'm nearly reaching my cap here in the VHLM. I think no matter what happens here with the Reapers, I've reached my limit of potential. I'm prepared to head up to the VHLE now. We've been looking at the rosters in the VHLE and we are very excited to see what team might potentially draft me. In fact, the entire team of Butts is most excited to join Oslo or Vasteras. Me on the other hand, I'm excited for any team that has faith in ME. If they believe I can be the next big thing, I'm ready to play even for the worst team in the E. For me, this is all development. I'm preparing myself for the VHL anyways. I'm also entering the VHL draft as well, so even though it's exciting to know what my potential future looks like, I'm mostly excited to see where I go in Europe. I think if I get the right situation in Europe, it could help me become elite in the VHL. Also, red wine guys. It goes with every meal over there or something. I mean, I like getting drunk as shit. Have I told you, I've never been to Europe. If we can skip the stop overs in Frankfurt or London, I've never actually entered those countries. I always usually go to African countries or Japan. Japan is actually really nice. We went there for a hockey tournament, absolutely DOMINATED the local talent and got to see the entire country. I love Japan, hell, when I retire I want to move to Japan. Have you ever been? If you have, reply. Tell me what you thought of it. I just love Tokyo, the language, the vibe and much more. I mean the culture is just amazing. Korea is also pretty dope. Actually, I'd probably be happy to retire in either country.
  15. My players name is Seymour Butts, so I mean...... You did know the name technically FYI
  16. Every single time I exit my house, I'm afraid to getting covid. I know we're testing often, but as you guys know, covid has been killing lots of people in this world. It's sad the lengths we're going just for some inconsiderate people to ruin the entire thing. Alas, that is an argument for another day. Right now, it's scary out there. Every third person over here is getting covid. That is a 1 in 3 rate right now. 33%. Even though, this is probably the best time to get covid, it's scares the living shit out of me. I'm just glad we rapid test at practices and before games every single day. That way, if there is an outbreak somewhere along the lines of the team, we're not totally fucked. We just need everyone quad vaxxed. We luckily haven't had any scares in Philadelphia yet but I've seen some mild scares around in different VHLM teams. Like, look at Halifax. They had 0 players on their team... Their management team got it, spread it around the entire facility even though they had literally 5 players on the roster. Embarrassing they got it to be completely honest. However, it was reported that the GM was going to raves and night clubs every single night and barely GM'd the team. Oh well.
  17. Review: This was a good read and incredibly motivating towards the end. However at the beginning, its sad to hear that you will be slowing down, albeit, a very good reason to slow down. Also, nice touch on the meta stuff, which is a valid concern. I'm really glad that you've been working on yourself every new years, and asking the right questions here in order to ensure that things will improve for yourself down the line. This was a great read, I'll be giving this around a 8/10. Great work RJ.
  18. Review: This was a fantastic read into the mind of a very experienced GM. Seeing what you went through with Riiga, mentally, even during a time where I GM'd Vancouver was interesting. I also think it was very interesting to read the flashback to S75 in the beginning. The photos are also a nice touch (how did you find a photo of a sad lion? lol). 10/10 read. One of the best things I've read on the site for a while now.
  19. @Berockamate you need someone for that 3some? Can't promise I'm sexy enough though
