1. What do you think about the choice of Captains this season? Awesome choices, they’ll help lead us to another cup

2. Who will be our point leader at the end of the year? I’m gonna say Berocka Sundqvist. Off to a great start already. He’s gonna keep it up

3. Who would you put on the first line? Definitely no. I’m definitely not that good yet. Maybe one day

4. Who is our best Forward? Guy LeGrande seems to be a little snake bit on the goal scoring end, but if he can start scoring, he’s a lethal threat 

5. Who is the best on D? Berocka for sure 

6. Who would you trade away from the team and to where? No, cause I like winning. 

7. Who would you want on our team? Only if I enjoyed championships

8. @Banackock always makes like 30 questions at a time, how do you think he comes up with so many? He probably asks people at work for random questions 

9. Can we get a 4th cup? Hell yes

10. Why do you think Seattle has had so much success recently is it cause of Bana or just sheer dumb luck? Pure genius by Bana and a great group of players that all buy in

1. What do you think about the choice of Captains this season? 

I'm fine with our captains, although kinda weird to find myself as an assistant captain. Especially considering I'm one of the newer guys in the LR and not as active as I should be, but hopefully it's for the best.

2. Who will be our point leader at the end of the year? 

Tough to say. Stark, Greene and LeGrande are top notch forwards for us, but who knows maybe a defenseman such as Sundqvist or Hogan will lead the charge.

3. Who would you put on the first line? 

I think I'd just just stick with our S67 guys. So, Stark, Greene and LeGrande.

4. Who is our best Forward? Stark has been great since switching to forward, but Greene wasn't far behind him last season, and currently LeGrande is the leading scorer for our forwards this season. Too close to tell.

5. Who is the best on D? Again, it's hard to pick a favorite, but right now Sundqvist is playing unreal and I'm hopeful that Hogan and I will be able to step up to his level of play.

6. Who would you trade away from the team and to where? Hopefully nobody, but I hope they'd go to a good EU team so we would only really need to worry about them in the final if and when it comes to that.

I think it's possible, we are a strong team yet again.

Some luck but I lean towards Banas' leadership keeping us together and retooling on the fly.

16. @Ricer13 Kris Rice has admitted to getting all the players in Miami to take steroids in order to push his team passed Yukon and Halifax! In a recent interview after getting exposed by Bacon Miami’s goaltender, Kris claimed he needed his players to win this season because he was blackmailed into retiring next season. The evidence shows when you look at some examples, osens has all of a sudden improved his stats at a unheard of rate!

This is only my second year so I don't know for sure but seems like last year.  Slow start and then we hit our form and rise in the standings

It was amazing way to start me bears career.  Winning is everything so hope to get more cups in my career.  The only downside of winning in the rookie season is that if we don't win every year it's a downfall lol. 

 

4. Who is the Bears MVP so far?

Ray funk he's been great back there and we can win every game thanks to him.  When we suck he pulls us up 

 

5. Who is the leagues MVP so far?

Funk again.  We are the defending Champs and we are having a great season so far and since he's our MVP he should he league MVP too. 

 

6. Who will finish 1st in the league?

Da bearz.  We are playing great right now and I can't name another team unless as we had no shot at winning and since that's not the case Seattle baby.

2. Well, they were definitely a great team. Between them and Moscow, it was definitely a 50/50 between the two. They did well, and I hope they continue to do well for their possible threepeat.

8. I would dare say Davos finally makes a run for it, but I could definitely see the Bears going for it all too. They'd be a wild final round.

10. I went out and walked around the ledge downtown. It was nice, and fairly warm. Bloody tired though.

1. What are your thoughts on the Bears so far this season?

We're playing pretty damn well. I can't complain about anybody right now. With roughly three players at forward and defense each averaging nearly point per game numbers. And Rayz is gonna pull through like he always does.

 

2. What are your thoughts on the Bears winning last season?

Crazy. I'm ready to win again. The guys are so active in Seattle. They really deserve everything that they've got over the past several seasons. I'm just lucky I was brought in while they're still in their prime. 

 

3. What team has surprised you most this season? 

I was surprised that Vancouver fell off as hard as they did. I thought they might still try to go for it all, but I was clearly very wrong.

 

4. Who is the Bears MVP so far? 

That's tough because so many of us are playing well, but I'm going to give it to Berocka. He's playing out of his mind in both ends of the ice, and deserves all of the recognition in the world.

 

5. Who is the leagues MVP so far? 

Adrienne. It's really not that close. The numbers he's putting up as a defenseman is out of this world. Kind of like him... since I believe he's from another planet.

 

6. Who will finish 1st in the league? 

I'm convinced it's us or Calgary. I really wouldn't mind either, but Bana deserves every award he can get. He works so hard to get us every possible win during both the regular season and playoffs. It would definitely be a cherry on top if we could win the cup again this season.

10. How was your day today? What did you do?

I worked from home so it couldve been better.  It will suck to have to actually go back to the office one day.  Working for a company that owns office towers people knowing that they can work from home is probably not good for us long term.

 

 

11. What is something that you miss that currently isn't a part of the "Covid-19 world" right now? 

Sports for sure.  As it is soccer season i miss going to Toronto FC games at this time.  What a difference a year makes, was at the raptors parade a year ago yesterday with millions of people.

 

12. What are your plans for this summer?

No plans.  Pre covid we thought about travelling to Europe but now we have no plans.

Pasta with some home made tomato sauce

 

14. What are your predictions for your player this season?

He is playing better lately but its been a disappointment so far. He will need to catch fire to get to 20 goals that I was hoping for, would need a goal every other game.  In the last 15 games hoping for like 5 goals and 5 assist.

     Berocka is having a hell of a season but it takes teamwork for anyone to succeed.

     Can't think of anyone.

     The team has a winning pedigree, not sure adding to it makes a difference.

I wish Calgary would finish last, but I think it will likely be Malmo at this point in time.

I predict the Bears and Reign will battle it out for the cup.

10. How was your day today? What did you do? 

It was great. Went out to my friend's property and drove a four wheeler then celebrated father's day back at home.

I was on the ice for free almost every day of the week, now I'm on the ice once a week and I'm paying for it. Kinda sucks but what can I do?

12. What are your plans for this summer?

Taking a couple online classes and finding somewhere to work. Other than that I'll probably play some beer league and spend some time with friends when this whole COVID-19 business slows down in Florida.

Scott Greene is our best forward based on the numbers but Stark is not far behind

Thats a tough one as Hogan and Sundqvist have been great this season.  Berocka has had a great season but will give the edge to Hogan as he also hits a lot

For sure we are definitely a threat to win it all again this season

Its because of Bana, he has drafted well and it shows in that we have a solid group of young players and Vets.

I ate steak and rice tonight. You could say it's my favorite meal so it was a nice way to end the week.

 

14. What are your predictions for your player this season? 

This is pretty late for me, but I was hoping for roughly 50-60 points, and I nearly got 70. I'm proud of the season we had.

 

15. What are the chances the Bears win 4/5 this season? 

I'd say they're pretty high, but unfortunately we are down 3-1 so we have to dig ourselves out.

I just woke up yesterday i went to the gym, and then the batting cages. Coed slopitch starts Monday here so wanted to get moving again

11. What is something that you miss that currently isn't a part of the "Covid-19 world" right now?  I was supposed to be getting married next month with 150 people. We’ve pushed it to October in hopes restrictions are lifted. But you can have a protest with 1000 people are on top of each other and it’s ok.

14. What are your predictions for your player this season? I’d like to see some marked improvement offensively. I was definitely disappointed about how little Randy got involved

It was very disappointing but you cant win every year.  I think we just didnt get the lucky breaks you need when teams are evenly matched.

 

22. Expectations for next season?

That we will be contenders again next season.  We have a solid group here of younger players and Vets.   We will use this unfortunate longer offseason to rest and kick ass next season. 

 

23. riga or calgary?

Riga are now the champs but they wouldve been my answer as i'd rather a european team win than one of our north american rivals.

 

26. ARE YOU READY FOR TIMOTHY BROWN?

Yes.  He will help us avenge our round one exit next season. 

 

36. Beaviss and a chocolate bar are dangling from a cliff and you can only save one. What kind of Chocolate bar was it and how good did it taste?

It would be Coffee Crisp and it would be delicious.  Or should I go with my favourite British chocolate bar in honour of Uhtred, Flake.

 

32. What are you doing this coming weekend?

Going over to my parents house to use the pool.  I miss having a pool as I grew up with one,  next house we buy needs one.  Probably finish season 4 of the last kingdom as well.
