just up until recently i have been starting to finally score some points, would be better if i could have got some more earlier but i still cant complain about myself 

 

2) Who do you think will lead the league in points by the end of the season?

 

Vaakainen will make one hell of a last year and will show who is the boss in this league

 

3) Right now we are sitting 3rd in the European Conference. What are the odds we catch London (3 points back), or even Warsaw (10)?

 

Pretty high, we have the potential and we have the players.  the only thing holding us down is sim luck

4) What is more impressive in your mind; league leading goals for or goals against?

 

Goals against.  It is harder to lead that category as it shows how impressive the team is on defense which i think is not shined upon in the league.

 

5) Would you rather lose 10 games in a shootout, or win 5 in regulation and lose 5 in regulation?

 

5-5 looks much cooler than 0-0-10, nothing more to be said.

 

6) Do you think gorillas could ever learn how to play hockey? 

 

Surely they could but not in a really long time if scientist really wanted to make them play.

 

7) What is your biggest hockey-related fear?

 

seeing your team's star player suffer a career ending injury or seeing your team get relegated from the top league

I think so I was hoping for one more developing season before getting top minutes but with Emi's retirement, that sort of forced the coaches hand.

2) Who do you think will lead the league in points by the end of the season?

Aloe Dear will lead the league in scoring and likewise Warsaw will lead the VHL in the Standings.

3) Right now we are sitting 3rd in the European Conference. What are the odds we catch London (3 points back), or even Warsaw (10)?

Unless we make an add before the deadline it seens unlikely.
4) What is more impressive in your mind; league leading goals for or goals against?

I would say goals for since that is harder to accomplish in a league with so much parity.

5) Would you rather lose 10 games in a shootout, or win 5 in regulation and lose 5 in regulation?

500. I hate the shootout especially with the loser point.

6) Do you think gorillas could ever learn how to play hockey? 

No, monkeys on the other hand seem keen to adapt. 

7) What is your biggest hockey-related fear?

Losing in back to back finals which I already went through as GM of Quebec loosing to Helsinki in back to back finals.

• Not exactly. I have been saving my progression to battle skill depreciation later one but I think I might need to work on something. At this point, I am not having a better year than the one prior.

2) Who do you think will lead the league in points by the end of the season?

• It's a really tight race. I think that Onde Sandstrom will be out the trifecta from Chicago and Aloe Dear.

3) Right now we are sitting 3rd in the European Conference. What are the odds we catch London (3 points back), or even Warsaw (10)?

• We are still favored over London to finish second. It'll take quite a lot for us to catch Warsaw but it is possible. Maybe 12-1 odds.

4) What is more impressive in your mind; league leading goals for or goals against?

• Goal against because luck usually is on the side of the scorers. 

5) Would you rather lose 10 games in a shootout, or win 5 in regulation and lose 5 in regulation?

• The second options has a lot less heartbreak and is easier on the body haha.

6) Do you think gorillas could ever learn how to play hockey? 

• The fighting part should be easy. I can see a gorilla being somewhat familiar with a stick in the wild so that isn't too far off. The big question is skating.

1) I think it’s possible to avoid the play in round. 

2) Valtteri has been our best player all around. 

3) To just focus on helping us win as many games as possible. 

4) He is a huge asset to the team, that’s a very important acquisition.

1/ There’s a huge possibility that we do avoid it.

I think that we will avoid it

 

2) Who has your vote for team MVP thus far?

 

Definetaly Vaakainen all around, and it is very deserved

 

3) What will be your focus over the next week as we prepare for playoffs?

 

Earning tpe and being as big of a helping player to the team

Definetaly defense which is the attribute we need to improve upon the most,  he has also been contributing a lot on the offensive side too

Curling seems like a ton of fun to play

Being able to say that i have officially completed my first ever vhl season

Unfortunately I think we end up in the play ins but we beat Malmo. 

2) Who has your vote for team MVP thus far?

Valtteri Vaakanainen he leads the team.in scoring and has been a great captain.

3) What will be your focus over the next week as we prepare for playoffs?

I'd like to improve skating to have that extra step for the playoffs. All the top teams are fast and I feel that's Moreau's biggest weakness at the moment.

4) The Titans made a big trade early in the week acquiring star dman Erik Killinger. What do you think he brings to the team?

He gives us a number one defensemen after the loss of Emi Rune to retirement. Hopefully it's enough to push us over the top. 

5) If the team were to play any other team sport, what do you think we would be great at?

Soccer I feel like our entire team has great cardio/endurance to play on a full sized soccer pitch. 

6) What do you look forward to most about the off-season?

Improving my player to simultaneously help the team improve. I look forward to seeing what @Rayzor_7 can accomplish over a full off season.

1) Both will be tough opponents, so hard to choose one over the other.
2) Zamboni has been on fire all year, he's got my vote.
3) Getting my play to where it needs to be. I've hit a cold skid again so I need to get hot at the right time.
4) I think he brings leadership and hopefully we can get him a cup.
5) Football. We're big and physical so we'd definitely be a good football team.
6) Practicing every day. Just improving and noticing it in both myself and others.

• It is going to be tight. We need a touch of luck in order to make it happen. Crazier things have happened...

2) Who has your vote for team MVP thus far?

• My initial favorite Onde has fallen back in the race and it is really Aloe Dear's to lose.

3) What will be your focus over the next week as we prepare for playoffs?

• Hoping to gain momentum by scoring a couple of goals before we go into the playoffs.

• He brings us the experience, wantingness to win, and a top pair skilled defenseman that we have been missing.

5) If the team were to play any other team sport, what do you think we would be great at?

• That is a good question, I think I'd be best as a Small Forward in basketball. Athletic and! defensively minded with some scoring ability.

6) What do you look forward to most about the off-season?

• Time with the family, I need a vacation badly! Although, I wouldn't hate it was cut short by a championship celebration.

Unfortunately we did not but we just won both games today and scored 14 goals combined!

Vikingstad had a great retirement season and it off to a dream start in the playoffs.

Preparing mentally to be a leader during the run.

Honestly, no I feel like we were built more as a team then off the backs of individual players.

Once the vaccine goes into overdrive it would be great to go to the Dominican or Cuba.

Repeating the same tasks each week for consistency. Which is why I like these press conferences each week.

1) It was a really rough way to go out after getting the series lead first. I'm sad and hurting.

2) I would have thought Laine would show up as the leader for the team in the playoffs. He wasn't that far off.

3) Umm, before the playoffs, I didn't think that were anywhere being favorites, maybe 10%.

4) Unlikely but I'd love for one of our vets to grab one.

6) I think it would be able to make a trip to Japan after the season.

7) We will see what management thinks I should work on. I am currently just saving for depreciation.

Anyone but Seattle. I hate that franchise and Warsaw or Prague need it more.

Take it easy, it's the weekend. Not American so don't really care.

Sunny resort at the bar pool side drinking a pina colada slush in all exclusivity.

Reminds me of Davos. They have great uniforms and a slick logo. Even the first logo was quite nice.

Yes because I'm pretty much wasting my life anyways. Winning a cup is far greater then anything I would do in that year.
