1. It's always a great feeling when everybody's hard work comes to fruition. It never really gets old.

2. For me it was Rask, Sev and Dixon. I can't pick one. It was a complete team effort.

3. We had a team barbecue and surprised his family with an all-expense paid trip to Maui. 

5. I was a little surprised but happy to see OMD come back in FA. I also like the EWJ trade. Despite mixing in some veterans, the Bears are still very young and I expect us to be good for a while. 

6. Not expecting to be better or worse. Just waiting on the playoffs! 

7. I can't predict the comeback we had to finish first in the division. Come the trade deadline and we should be rolling into the playoffs with a lot of momentum. 

8. I took it to the beach and got absolutely hammered with all of my good friends back home. Served food and drinks in it, bathed my dog, and then took it to a local bar to let the community enjoy a moment with the cup.

1. What did you get up to last weekend?

Got up at 2:30am on Saturday to be at the airport at 4 for a 6am flight to Spain where I've been the past week.

 

2. What is your favorite TV show of all-time?

There's so many which have some incredible seasons but not the full thing. E.g. I was so invested in GoT S1 to S4 and wouldn't have been sad if it ended in S6. Or Westworld season 1, if they did nothing else, was a perfect show in itself. But given those disappointments it would have to be something light viewing like 30 Rock.

 

4. Thoughts on how your player did this season?

It started off a bit disappointing, but a few line changes later we smashed the point per game mark for a significant improvement on my rookie season. Now nearly point per game for career which is where I would have wanted to be at this point.

 

5. Most surprising team of the regular season?

In a bad way, New York, didn't expect, history notwithstanding, for them to crash back out of the playoffs. In a good way Toronto, thought they'd score loads but be inconsistent but haven't really missed Castle at all.

 

7. Who was Seattle's MVP for the season?

Our 100 point man, Eric White Jr. Really came into his own after some high profile retirements.

 

9. Playoffs are around the corner. What are your predictions for Seattle?

Our mindset has to be that we believe to go all the way therefore this is what I predict.

18. My wife is planning a trip that would take us to Egypt, Jordan and Israel for my 40th, assuming it's not all on fire when that's coming. 

 

19. C for having a relatively low SV% for his TPE, but + because he leads the league in shutouts.

 

21. It would be Giorgiy, because the Pens have some of the league's worst goaltending. 

 

22. My time on Davos taught me never to underestimate Alex.

 

23. They really spoiled my biggest promise, closing down the E. My next would be to make fighting and checking a spectrum you can choose your position on, rather than spend TPE on. I'd also make Cs start with free points in Faceoffs.
