      Read more!! I always loved reading as a kid, but the required texts for school for the past 10 years made it difficult to say, "okay, just read a whole book today for class tomorrow. time to relax and... read more but this time for pleasure." Now that I'm done with school, I've made a point to read for pleasure more often.

      So many people loved reading as a kid but got out of the habit of it as they got older: "man, i used to read all the time, but now i don't, and i miss it." It bothered me that so many people, including myself, were using this lame excuse. So this summer I've been reading more and really thanking myself for it.

    Good luck to everyone applying for the Malmo GM job! The GM community was very welcoming and helpful for me when I started so I'd like to pay it forward...whoever is hired, if you need anything, please feel free to ask.

     

    ...even though I run Davos so my advice is probably useless.
