Over the course of the next hour we will reveal the winner of each and every VHL awards winner. This season saw several storylines come up, with D.C.’s underdog Continental Cup run, London pulling off upset after upset in the playoffs, and Merome Dilson having a massive breakout season! This afternoon we will celebrate and reflect on season 92, as we award the league's biggest hardware and players, they become recognized as S92 legends and a few may even build their case for The Hall of Fame. Malmo put up a remarkable 115 points with a 52-14-6 record to win their first Victory Cup since Season 79! Continental Cup The D.C. Dragons came into the playoffs as a 3rd seed facing tough matchups and a fairly difficult path forward! D.C. would take on Los Angeles in the first round, they would make quick work of the heavy favourites, taking them out in only 5 games. In the second round D.C. came up against the defending champion Toronto Legion, D.C. would cruise past them as well! Ultimately Pierre Emile Bouchard @Gaikoku-hito won with 73 assists! He was followed by The Frenchman @OrbitingDeath , Jacob Stone @scoop, and John Jameson @Frank. The winner of the season 92 Alexander Beketov Trophy is Pierre Emile Bouchard with an impressive 73 assists! This award came down to a very narrow margin. The top 5 goal scorers this season are; AK92 Wit da Hoodie @hedgehog337, Todd Cooke @KRZY, Daryl Dixon @Ricer13, Jason @Jason kranz, and Yaroslav Trunov @qripll. Scoring as a whole has continued to trend downward since the introduction of hybrid attributes, this season we had 5 players score over 100 points, they were; The Frenchman @OrbitingDeath , AK92Wit da Hoodie @hedgehog337, Todd Cooke @KRZY, Daryl Dixon @Ricer13, and John Jameson @Frank. This season we saw a similar situation to last season as two players tied with the most points, they are, The Frenchman, and AK92Wit da Hoodie with 108 points each! This award came down to a fairly wide margin of 0.08 GAA. The top three goalies were WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW @rory, Ash Sparks @DarkSpyro, and Merome Dilson @MexicanCow123. Congratulations to WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW for winning the S92 Greg Clegane Trophy with an astounding 2.15 GAA! Lastly, in goal WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW @rory had a great season for New York, finishing with a 0.932 SV%. For this award each VHL GM can nominate 1 player from their own team, this ensures that no player is overlooked in any way. While we have seen some remarkable runs of consecutive Boulet wins, specifically with Duncan Idaho @OrbitingDeath winning 5 straight. Among goalies 3 stood out above the rest this past season, they are; Ash Sparks @DarkSpyro (0.930 SV%, 2.23 GAA), Fuuka Rask @Jubis (0.935 SV%, 2.27 GAA), and Merome Dilson @MexicanCow123 (0.935 SV%, 2.30 GAA).
