      Yeah. I just checked for you as I had Civ V on an old lap top and reinstalled it to this one. ;)

      As long as you log in to the same Steam account, you can install all of your library on a new PC.

      They're attached to the account, not the computer.

      Can definitely vouch that you can install games you bought on old PC onto a new one. 

       

      I'd be somewhat interested to know if the same applies for game saves though. I remember some awesome FM saves I had back in the day I'd like to check out again, but I think they may be lost forever since FM saves games under My Documents.

      @Higgins with a harsh truth there too. So many people struggle to find their own "unique" spin of things but reality is there is no such thing as unique in this world anymore. Originality is dead. But presenting an idea in a way in a refreshing way, that often brings to light new information around something we knew was tried and true is always great. Even still you don't even need to present anything new, sometimes people just like to hear things they already know again and again. Or see things they like again and again. Such is life.
