Then Prague / DC And now this. I wasn't around for my times on Riga and Seattle so I dont really count that. And I was GM of Cologne for its last season but my player was in VHLM. If I"m reading that correct the team that is bad and in need of the lottery pick will have worse odds because of it. The team that just missed the playoffs is probably better so their odds will go up. Lately everyone's had same odds so this should at least be an improvement.
