The lone playoff-related playoff award, the Daisuke Kanou Trophy recognises the playoff MVP. We saw some incredible scoring and goaltending throughout the playoffs and these players were a big reason for their teams success. The nominees are;

Euron Leonidas @Spartan  - continuously reworked the Moscow roster to be within the salary cap and made it to four consecutive finals.

 

Eno Rama @Enorama  - Made a huge splash in the trade market to return D.C. to the playoffs.

 

Thomas Landry @Doomsday  - After taking over as the Toronto GM, Landry made several huge trades to build Toronto into one of the top teams in the NA.

 

Dakota Lamb @dlamb  - Took Warsaw back to the playoffs in a big way with several big trades.

Some surprising outcomes, even as someone who's in the BOG. So that's borderline impressive. Thanks for the ROTY votes causing the S81 Miami alumni tie. That's a pretty cool storyline considering how cursed that team was.

I was asleep during the actual awards but great to bring home the Elmebeck even if Papa can’t collect any hardware. The award obviously means a lot to the community and I love that we’re keeping his memory alive even if it’s in a small way.

 

Considering it’s only the second time I’ve actually managed the 2 nominations required to make the ballot and that it’s @Dil I certainly don’t mind sharing it.
