Playoff Patty. 2) Probably my defense. I always take that part of my game up to the next level during playoff time. 3) Driver for sure. He's been a rock all year. 4) Helsinki during the postseason is a different animal. 5) Helsinki in 5-6 is a solid bet 6) Probably Chicago. They swept Seattle in the Wildcard Round which is no easy feat. 7) 8.) I don't get complemented that often, but I don't seem to remember any of them. Kind of strange. I vividly remember one of my teachers calling me the best student he's ever had and he had been teacher for 30 years. I took that to heart. 9) Surprisingly, I would give up taste. That means I could literally eat anything, but smell is important because if you smell a gas leak or something. Only reason why I didn't pick smell is that reason. 10) "You have to be yourself. I actually think it is more impressive to be the best team all season compared to a playoffs so for me i like regular season better. However, Emi did play better last season in the playoffs. 2.) At least it gets made up for at the end. 2) I don't usually procrastinate surprisingly. Whenever I want to do something, I just sit down and do it or make time for it if I need to. 3) Keep playing the game. I want to play the game I love for as long as I can before my time is up. 4) Skating laps is personally my favorite, but weightlifting is a close second. 5) Humor usually gets a smile or laugh from me. Seeing people happy also makes me smile. 6) Probably Brownies. The recipe I use is really good so I tend to make them as a treat for myself and my family every once in a while. 7) Knowing if they hold grudges or not seems like something that could tell me a lot about someone. 8.) either The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger or To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Everything happens for a reason and even my mistakes can teach me. 12) I remember once I was debating with one of my classmates about an answer in math (he did the wrong steps and thought he was right) and kept trying to convince me he was right. I look at him and said "I would agree with you, but then we would both be wrong". The class erupted at that moment and it got even louder once the teacher confirmed I was right. They're different to american Milky ways as they're more like our Mars bars which i also like but where different. I just loved the soft Chocolate and Nugurt combo. 7.) What is a random thing that reveals a lot about a person? I think the choise of what someone drinks tells a lot about someone. It might not be tons and really revealing but might tell stuff about lifestyle. Do they drink water the most and if so is it tap, Filtered or bottled. Stuff like that will be able to say a lot about someone without asking a lot. 8.) What is one book you could read over and over again? I guess the book i have probably read the most is 1984 or Brave new world. I originally read these with music and i'll segway into my next question that ties in. Lets Play Desert Island Disks 9.) This is a great question, and it depends on how much I believe in the perfume theory. In perfumes, they add a bit of a gross smell because it makes the whole thing smell better (or so they say). I prefer the mediocre years as I fear that I wouldn't appreciate the best year after having three horrible ones. 2.) What’s one thing you always procrastinate on? I always procrastinate on whatever I care the most about. Perfectionism gets in the way and it's hard to let go of the project or sit down call it completed. 4.) What activities make you feel the best? I have found an increased desire for activities that make you lose a sense of time. Putting my phone away, having friends around, and going outdoors are the easiest ways for this to happen. A few examples are hanging at the pool, going on a hike, tubing down the river, or going golfing. 5.) What always makes you smile? Pets always make me smile. Animals are always so pure, I can't not smile when I see them. 6.) What was your favorite treat as a kid? Welch's fruit snacks hands down! 7.) What is a random thing that reveals a lot about a person? It's odd, but I have found that all of my best friends have older sisters, as well as I do. I have no idea why this is the case, but I inherently trust people with older sisters. We are just wired differently. You'll love it here! 2) I would say Hex Rose. He would help us become stronger down the middle of the ice and he's impressed me with his activity so far and he would be a great addition to the locker room. @Hex Universe 3) Honestly all the new rookies joining will be exciting. It gives me a chance to become a mentor and to have a bigger role on the team 4) I usually work out with Venus Thightrap, Jiggly Gumballs, Drew Minott and James Rose. We have a good little crew that gets together during the regular season. I also put on a Pro-AM tournament for VHL and VHLM players alike which helps give them playing experience and helps them meet new players. 5) I do play some football and swimming. Swimming in particular is great for staying in shape. 6) I'm excited for it. I could really care less if I don't anything, but I just love this organization and this team! 7) I don't know honestly... 8.) Best spanker @Spaz (I should know, that was painful.) 9) I really don't know. Everyone in the LR has great snacks so it would be hard to pick just one. It would not be off of Blade or Jubo though. I would be prepared to do some extra laps after that (even though I don't mind) 10) I put a 50 pound sandbag in @McLovin's hockey bag. I'm surprised he didn't figure it out after he fell over trying to pick it up. 11) Not me. Not sure who it could be. 12) One time I came in on a breakaway. I shot the puck and it bounced off the post and hit me in the face. I had to go get like 10 stitches to close the gash. What are you looking forward to most this season? Answer: Getting started. We have a lot of new faces and Im looking forward to getting things underway and seeing how we perform. 4.) Do you work out in the off season, if not what do you do during your time off? Answer: Vaakanainen loves his workouts and studying game tape. The off-season is a study period for this superstar. 5.) I don't know if it is this season or the future but i hope to get a shot at being a captain or assistant captain! 4.) Do you work out in the off season, if not what do you do during your time off? I've been sat in an onsen basically all my time. Gotta make sure that body has recovered along with the mind. 5.) Do you play any other sports in the off season? I'm a general Manager of a Baseball Team in the off-season so i go back to help them instead of just doing it via the net! 6.) The team will be having am award show this week? Are you excited for it? Considering i gave you the idea yes! I love team awards and they're great for team moral. 7.) What award do you think you would bring home? I think i win the Newcomer of the season or whatever it was. We have always drafted well. 2- keep the good D prospects coming 3- making saves and winning games again. I have been dreaming about it. 4- lots of yoga and stretching exercises 5- sports video games 6- It is exciting to see Helsinki be an even better place to be. It was already a great place as it was.
