      @Motzaburger would that not come from drinking 6L of water a day? If I'm drinking 5L a day (including the food intake) then I should still be in the healthy bracket

      I guess the kicker there would be how big you are and how much you exercise in a day - recommended water intake is 4L a day though - an average intake (including from food sources). Women is less even I believe. I guess just eat lots of sodium if you want to drink 6L lol

      I like meat but if it's the only thing on the pizza I find it isn't that great.

       

      Mine would have to be the basic supreme pizza--pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers.

       

      I'll eat just about anything, though. Plain cheese is underrated.

      Extra cheese, extra sauce is my go to.

       

      But if it’s homemade like a naan bread pizza, I usually throw some pepperoni or shredded chicken with some bbq sauce instead of pizza sauce

      But yes you can actually drink too much water. I've tried! My legs became like twice their size and could be used like play-dough. Wouldn't recommend!
