@Punk has been banned for the obvious reason of being Anderson skirting his permaban. While he did apologize for his actions that doesn’t change the fact that he was still banned for a reason and that ban must stand.

@boubabi has been permanently banned. No single one action caused this, it was a overall build up. Every thread, every subject, every topic there are people expressing as much as they can that he has been nothing but a detriment to this community. He was given a million chances, and the Blue Team debated banning him countless times. Enough is enough.

For his role in an altercation (which has since been hidden) @boubabi has been put on post moderation for 24 hours.

 

In addition, for abusing mod powers given to him for the HoF move he has been given a 1 week PT ban. This means that he may earn no TPE for the week of April 2nd to 8th.

 

This was delayed because the server move caused an error with the forum that prevented us from editing members.

While I realize this was said once before, he was allowed back on the ideas of second chances and due process. At this point we’ve exhausted all alternatives with minimal to negative results. Nobody can reasonably claim he wasn’t given ample warnings and opportunities, up to and including an extraordinarily specific warning following his above suspension that this would be our next course of action. Ultimately his reaction upon returning has left us no viable alternative to following through on that warning.

 

It’s become sadly clear that something needs to change, and no further amount of warnings or public statements was going to do it. We’ve been on an unsustainable path as a community the last while with the admin team forced to devote more time than in any other period in VHL history to keeping the peace and disciplining members. It’s my hope that this action puts us back on a better track to where we can all have fun without taking the league too seriously.

@PH8 aka PunkHippie aka Anderson has been permanently banned. Ultimately we discussed the option in the BOG but decided that, at the current time, Anderson's history simply cannot be overlooked within the VHL.

Last night @BluObieZ was banned from Discord and given a 48 hour forum suspension for making unprovoked attacks. 

 

As of this morning an additional 48 hour suspension has been levied for circumventing the first one.

For the misconduct of illegally back-claiming point tasks, as well as duplicates of the birthday tpe giveaway and false doubles claims, @Advantage has received the following punishment:

 

-He has been relieved of his Updater duties

-All false claims have been removed from both players

-TPE/Update ban, for both players, effective immediately through September 29th.

 

He may resume earning TPE and updating his players on September 30th.

@Jtv123 has been given a 1 week update ban (Sep 23-29) for his second infraction of plagiarizing a PT. He will not be allowed to claim any TPE during this period.

For breach of the VHL Code of Conduct on discord @Walter Fizz will receive a 1 week PT ban which will be enforced next week (ending May 3). In addition he has been suspended 1 week from the Discord.

@Rayzor_7 has received a 1-week PT Ban, as well as a 48-hour discord mute, effective immediately, for violating the league’s code of conduct during yesterday’s draft stream. 
 

The PT Ban will be effective for the week ending May 24th, meaning his TPE Cap for the week is effectively 6 TPE through means other than a Point Task or Welfare claim.

@pennypenny has been banned indefinitely from the league discord, and has received a 2-week tpe ban, effective immediately, for comments violating the code of conduct. 
 

He has been given repeated chances, and his comments last night were the straw that broke the proverbial camel’s back.

Due to the events that occurred in last nights discord, as well as other details that have come to the league’s attention, the following punishments are being handed out:

 

@Rayzor_7 is receiving a 2-week TPE ban (June 8-21), while also being removed from his position in the @BOG. During his TPE ban, he will also be muted in the discord.

 

@Proto is also receiving a 1-week discord mute for his part to play in the events of last night.
