4. Free Doubles Week***

 

* If you’re within your players final season this may be passed onto your next player instead. It cannot be split between two players.

** Doubles week PT must be a PT completed in the VHL, affiliate PT’s do not count.

*** Free Doubles Week doubles your PT which you get without needing to complete a PT. It only doubles the main 6 TPE PT, nothing else in the weekly cap.

 

All of them should equal out to more or less the same amount of TPE (about 6 uncapped) but have different ways of being earned. To save you going back through and remembering what number you had, I decided to do the work for you. So., here’s the payout list from the 2018 Holiday Bonus!

So @Beketov I'm in the second week of a four week article. I won the free doubles. Should I claim the free doubles this week then return to the weeks of the article, or should I finish the weeks of the article and take the free doubles in a month?

All 6 uncapped. 2 is free, 3 requires you to do a PT, 4 is also worth 6 capped. So in the end, yes, they're all worth 6 uncapped. Just 3 different ways to get it

Well everyone last year was complaining that some were better than others so we wanted things to more or less even out.

It’s entirely up to you. Personally I’d do the free one now so that you don’t forget about it but you can do it either way.

Isn't 4 worth 12? 4 is a Free doubles. Technically users who won that would get 12 TPE on a given week without having to do a point task. I'd say 3 probably has the biggest shaft because they get +6 TPE but out of all the options they have to work for it.

No, doubles weeks apply only to PT’s, not any form of welfare.

Not really. They don’t have have to submit a PT, but it’s still only 6 Uncapped. To really max out, you still have to do the small tasks. 

 

Same with 2, you still have to submit a pt to max out earnings. It’s just a matter of how you get to this earnings, really. 

 

Like, no doubt 4 is probably the best option, but it’s not exorbitantly so.
